another lovely day here!
day 4 of exercise for me and I've just done 24 minutes of 6w6p couldn't finish it because J was crying ;( bit annoyed but I might do it again later.
L: not sure.. Going to my mums so maybe a sarnie of some sort.

I had another good day yesterday, hope I can keep it up today on my day off - I'll be out most of the day at least which should help.

D - no idea!
Will try to stick to fruit for snacks.

I was naughty yesterday, had 3 x crisps and a cake & biscuit. Just couldn't control myself. Feel guilty now. Hopefully I can get more willpower today.

Weigh in for me tonight, lets see if i've managed to shift any of the 3.5lb i put on whilst on holiday. I've been ok this week, lots of superspeed veggies and fruit, which supposedly according to the SW plan help you lose weight quicker.
B - 2 weetabix, coffee, 2 biscuits
L - Homemade leek and potato soup, ham sandwich, muller light
D - Chicken Fajitas
S - pinapple and grapes

AFM I had a great day food and exercise wise yesterday but then had a bottle of wine with my tea. It was all within calories so hopefully it hasn't done too much damage. I'm at work today so no temptations in my way. I can't get to the gym tonight as H is nightshift.

Right it's time to get off my lardy backside and start doing something about post baby body. It's not good! Currently weigh 10st 10lb. So first goal is to be at 10 stone for my friends party on 3rd of August. Husband says he will buy me a dress if I can do it. I'm still breast feeding so need to calories between 2100-2400 a day but need to do this from healthier sources not cake and chocolate! It's the exercise I need to try and find time for. It's not helping that I think d is in her 12 week growth spurt a little early so is being very clingy and hard to get down for naps. So plan for the day.....
B-toast and marmite
L- chicken sand which with salad and mayo
D- not sure yet need to check freezer.
Exercise, 1 hour walk to shops, wii fit stomach work and pelvic floor exercises. I'm building up to rejoining gym in July
I need to add some more to that for snacks, but I had tooth taken out on Monday so still struggling to eat some things. Also away from home for a week on Sunday so don't want to buy too much in

Good going veryone, great to see this thread busier agian.
I did 30ds day 3 last night, will be doing day 4 tonight. I'm back in the exercising zone and can really feel a difference already. I might be brave tonight and take a pic to then log the difference it makes when finished.
Today I'm meeting a friend for lunch so miss out on the yummy indoneasian chicken and rice salad. We'll hopefully end up in the rooftop bar across the road, if not a sandwich in the park. Dinner will be sushi.

I made a big mistake last night. Wasn't feeling motivated for the gym, got there and knew I'd do a quick cardio half heartedly, so I booked myself onto the class starting soonest which happened to be body pump. Oh My God. I ache in bad places! I enjoyed it but cant see me ever being fit or strong enough to do it again! On day 6 of the 30 day ab challenge and its getting really hard! My weight is going up and my belly is bloated but AF is here and don't I know it!

Oh yeah I'm full of wind but not other side effects. That's a normal day for me now when i say fruit for breakfast I mean fruit.
Now what is this ab challenge you speak of?

I had a good day yesterday, was within my calories. Been OK today but planned to do Ripped in 30 but didn't sleep well so was asleep when I should have got up. I've not been snacking today and dashing around trying to sort out the house as we're away for the weekend. We're going camping so I am planning on using alcohol to insulate myself for the night
Welcome back Happy Feet. Hope you can keep away from the cake while BF!
