How are we all? I could so eat all the lovely Xmas stuff in the shops , ever noticed that its all cheese, pastry, crisps and chocolate! Not good! L and I made reindeer biscuits yesterday, they looked fab but I didn't taste one so there's 6 left so I'm hoping to give a few away today and L and h can have the rest!!!

I'm not too bad, although Tuesday when I was away for work wasn't the best with a buffet lunch full of carbs! I managed to just have two small sandwiches, a couple of chicken satay things, and a few cherry toms.
Yesterday I was being so good, then devoured a chocolate orange so today I really need to make up for it all with it being WI tomorrow - not expecting to have lost anything this week.

D - chicken and veg
S - custard

Erm, how does eating a chocolate orange count as sticking with it SW I keep wondering whether to carry on this close to Christmas, but I don't want all the weight to just pile back on again which it may well do if I stopped now.

Lol you guys, don't give up, only 12 more days till Christmas when I'll let you have a day off!
A whole chocolate orange DD? As in a WHOLE one? How? I find them so sickly, I can manage one slive if its been in the fridge!
I havent been too bad although the odd mince pie has been creeping in.
