Morning ladies, after a couple of weeks of messing about I'm back in the zone and feeling good about it. Only 8 weeks til I don a bikini so really need to stick with it until then. I'm just sitting outside the gym waiting for it to open, not sure what we are up to for the rest of the day cos the weather is horrible.

Morning managed 110 squats - 70 with weights, and 60 sit ups last night. Think I'm going to do the shred tonight as I too am donning a bikini in 40something days.

Well done ladies, you're very motivated. I suppose as you've got your holidays coming up you've got to be.
I'm not feeling it this week, I feel as though I've pigged out a bit too much over the weekend, and struggling to get back on it.
B - 2 Weetabix, coffee
L - Mugshot & muller light
D - Quorn lasagne & salad
S - 2 malted milk biscuits
There's not enough fruit and veg in my food at the moment, I need to change this, I think that's why i'm feeling bloated, too many carby things.

Morning! I'm feeling motivated this morning too. Did Week 4 of Ripped in 30 and then day 4 of the ab challenge. My abs were killing me by the end!
Chids - you need a new mini goal. What have you got coming up in the next few months? Night out or something? Use that as your next focus.
Breakfast fruit and yoghurt
Lunch - not sure yet
Dinner - pork belly and salad.

Cedar, I wanted to lose a stone whilst i'd got my 12 week SW pass, I've done half a stone, so I've got about 7 weeks I think to do the other half stone. I think it's because in my head I've got my birthday coming up in just under 2 weeks so I know we're going to be eating and drinking loads then so it's going to be hard to stick to it.

So you need to think that you will stick to it now so that you can enjoy eating and drinking for your birthday.
At the moment you can make the stone by losing a 1lb a week. Which is doable. If you put a bit more in now, you can enjoy your birthday, maybe gain a pound and still make your goal because you lost a bit more beforehand. (Does that sentence even make sense?!). What I'm trying to say is don't lose your focus now just because you know you have a birthday coming up. Then it will even out over the longer term. (This is the tricky bit that I really struggle with!).

Cedar speaks wise words. And definitely up the fruit intake and water for filling up. This morning I've had a cuppa, 3 glsses of water, handful of grapes 6 strawberies and an apricot.

Cedar, you speak wise words. I do get what you mean, I know I need to give myself a cushion of losing before I go away to make up for what i'll put on eating out lots, but I need to get it into my thick head!!

Chids I have the same feeling right now. We've got a holiday coming up as well as a couple of events where there will be plenty of food and booze so I feel like I'm resigned to have a fat tummy forever! I'm doing ok food wise but it's the exercise that I've pretty much given up on and that's the bit I really need. So annoyed with myself!

I am here! Busy day for me today but been quite good.
Chids - What is a mugshot? I only ask as your lunch sounds very little. You can easily loose a few lbs by your birthday and you dont have to go mad just have one blow out meal then get back to healthy eating and gentle exercise. You have done really well, think how far you have come. If you let it go now, it could all go back on. Trust me, I am talking from experience.

1stbaby I think Mugshots are like super noodles but you make them in a mug. That or a sachet of coup you add water too.

Hmm thats not alot of lunch Chids.
Can you swap to 1 weetabix and a bowl of fruit, increase the size of your lunch and snack on fruit or carrot sticks etc instead of biscuits? Your dinner is the only think that sounds filling!

Also another thing Chids, keeping your menus varied helps keep food interesting x
