Woooo ladies I'm chuffed to bits. Despite feeling like a complete heffer I haven't gained any weight since my last weigh in end of November I'm 9st 3lb. The downside means I really do need to up the exercise as that's clearly what my body needs. I managed 50 squats and 100 sit ups last night in a very feable attempt to restart. Oh and 10 push ups as Louie was working out beside me
How did we all fare last night and what's the plans for today?
B: ww yoghurt & fruit plus numerous cups of tea throughout the dayL: depends on menuD: roasted veg & some kind of protein, probably a chicken breast.

Right, i'm here. Back and got my SW head back on. After probably 4 months of not really doing it I got on the scales this morning. I'm back up to 18stone which means since my last official SW weight in I've gain 4lb. Which tbh I think is pretty good considering i've had a Christmas where I've eaten and drunk what I wanted.
I go away in may, i'd like to lose as much as possible by then. No set target, but just as much as I can.
So food today
B - omelette with ham and mushroom, glass of squash
L - 2 rounds of wholemeal bread with ham, banana, and a packet of quavers. (I'm off to the hospital so I need something I can eat whilst driving)
D - Duck stirfry

Belle well done, that's great news.
Cedar hope you manage to get out for a walk.
chids, your sounding really motivated and 4lb isn't bad at all. You can make a huge difference in 5 months if you stick with it.
AFM I've just got back from the gym and it was a killer. Did a 30 minute run, 20 minutes on the stepper, 20 minutes on the cross trainer, leg weights and crunches. It was HARD but I'm feeling good. I'm actually not feeling as fat as I should do after what I've ate and drank in a month so I'm hoping when I weigh in on Saturday the scales are kind to me even though I don't deserve it
B - crumpet
L - cuppa soup
D - chicken enchiladas

I'm here, been shopping and off to school to collect Jacob soon. Well done Belle on STS and Chids, that's a really respectable gain for 4 months and will come off again in no time.
Didn't fit in any exercise yesterday as Naomi was super grumpy and clingy but had a good food day and today will be good too. Will get the kettlebell out later and do plus school runs - hopefully in the dry as it looks like the rain has passed for now!
B: Rice krispies and milk
L: Banana sandwich
D: Chicken in white wine with spring onions, swede and green beans
Will have a couple of little treats too, need to get rid of the last of the Christmas cake!

I'm in again. I'm bloody huge after christmas! doing dryathlon tho which will help, as I wont be drinking as much as I did over crimbo! Trying to keep to MFP too. And we went looking at gyms last night. just need to make sure we actually go.
B - none - 2 x cups of tea so far
L - Tomato soup and a roll - perhaps some fruit and a yoghurt as wont be eating dinner til late.
D - chicken which is currently in the slow cooker, with some veg.
Lots of water.

Rod which gyms did you look at? The New Europa one is very popular.
07/01/2014 at 12:08
We went to David Lloyd last night cos they do family membership. Means we can take G and M swimming, M can do dancing there or kids club and G can use the gym in a few months, which is good for his rugby and the fact that he's 13 and 13stone.
Its expensive but if we can all use it its good value.
07/01/2014 at 12:09
where is the Europa one?
07/01/2014 at 12:13
DL are doing 2 months free membership I see as well.
Europa is on the new estate off Maiden Lane Crayford www.europagymcentre.com/page5.html

I'm going to have to take myself off to bed because some peanut m&ms are calling to me from the fridge. Going to have to get E to eat them so I'm not tempted ha ha.
07/01/2014 at 21:15
Oh I love peanut m&m!!
07/01/2014 at 21:20
They are my fave and there's a full tube of them in the fridge. In fact there is enough chocolate in the house to keep us going til Easter. I'm tempted everytime I open the fridge. I'm not even a chocolatey person usually.
