Is everyone having a lazy morning today
I was pretty good yesterday, apart from a couple of chocolates I just couldn't resist last night - I did resist the cakes that were brought round for a colleagues birthday though!
Today I shall be better!
B - lemon cake
L - veggie soup, yogurt
D - ??
S - sf jelly and yogurt

I'm here. Last night we had chicken wraps for dinner, they were yummy! I had some wedges too but wasn't hungry or felt like I needed to pick after dinner so that's something.
Today I'm meeting my old boss for lunch which will be boozy. Then I'm meeting Nina and Kellfi for drinks tonight.

I'm on my way into work. Shredded this morning and now I'm worn out!
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is salmon
Snacks are nuts and something out of my H's Graze box.

I need to start being good every day after a bad few weeks due to illness causing me to over eat rubbish and no exercise due to feeling ill!! Starting shredding again today, it's going to kill me!!!
B - weetabix, milk & tsp sugar
L - Ham sandwich on wholemeal, pack of wotsits
T - Sausage and courgette pasta dish
Snacks - none hopefully!!!

Hello all - I am being good but still so bloated. Tips please?
Today - Been toddlers and had a biccie and cuppa so thats breakfast.
Just off to the cash and carry so no time for proper lunch, will just eat a bigger earlier dinner as off to the gym tonight.
Dinner is going to be fish and salad with fruit when I get home.

I had a good day yesterday but didn't get to the gym. This morning I went to the panto with Js nursery, I resisted all the sweets and had a satsuma. Had a quick sandwich at home and am now sitting in the hairdressers so no gym for me again today. I'll have to make myself go tomorrow after helping out in Js nursery. B- satsuma, l - sandwich, d - pasta ready meal.

I agree cp, it's bloody typical that I'm feeling really motivated at the minute and there's so much temptation out there. Its my birthday on Sunday and usually from then I think f**k it, I'm giving up til after New Year but I'm going to try and be good right up until H finishes work on the morning of the 22nd.

I've just had a large glass of wine and a couple of gingerbread biscuits so its going well here! Definitely finding it harder as Christmas come closer.

I'm sure one glass won't hurt Cedar, its when the whole bottle goes down your neck and doesn't touch the sides that its a problem!!!!!!!
