Morning ladies, how was yesterday for you? I had a pretty good day, I felt starving all day but resisted snacking. This morning I'm off to the gym for an hour while my mam has the kids, it will be hard fitting exercise in this week with it being half term so need to get it in where I can.

Morning SW. Have a good time at the gym. I'm off to work this morning. So no unplanned snacking as I will be busy. Sun is shining so will get out for a walk at lunchtime.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad fruit and nuts
Dinner is leftover bean stew

Yesterday was bad. I didnt stop eating. Today I am out at family for lunch so dont know what it will be so will plan my dinner arounf that. Probably fish so its low calorie.
Gym tonight, sadly excited to be getting back into the swing of it, although been up since 545am so not sure how shattered I will be but I WILL go!

Morning all, hope you are all well
I was good yesterday I'm fine food wise but I really really need to start this exercise. I've lost over 2 stone now and have horrible stretch marks on my tummy. I'm not fussed about csection pouch/scar but the stretch marks are around the middle (obviously maximum stretching area ) I moisturise but think really its like shutting the door after the horse has bolted.
Fuad been feeling a bit crap because my hair didn't suit me and I'd no clothes to wear but got my hair and eyebrows done last week and I've been buying some clothes from the sale, I don't have much though so will need to build up a new wardrobe (as cheap as possible)
O and my boobs are soooooo saggy , I've stopped bf and dropped a few sizes too so I've bought 2 bras with some serious scaffolding built in.
B- yoghurt and oat bran
L - miso soup, meat crisps and cheese
T- fish stew
I was good with food yesterday although snacked on 6 choc biscuits last night. I'm a mare when naughty food is in the house! I did complete day 21 of the 30ds though. I'm well into the swing of things now and am embracing my new body, especially after my outfits arrived, I LOVE them.
B: ww yoghurt & apple, tea
L: homemade chicken noodle soup, possibly some snack sushi
D: madras marinated chicken breast with salad and rice

SW I have days like that. Sometimes you can't feel full. Enjoy your child free time!
Cedar I think when I go back to work it'll really help. SAHM s have too much temptation.
1st baby I cannot exercise at night, I salute you!
AFM normal eating day here. But C was up hourly (suspected urine infection) so I am shattered . These are the days where I get tempted, I can easily comfort eat when feeling low, so must stay distracted!
B - eggs
L - spud n beans and a sprinkle of cheese
D - soup and small roll
S - might have low fat crisps

CP - Try your FB sites for 2nd hand clothing - some items are new with tags where people loose/put on weight. Or the pp selling site? x

I have a WWYD? I KNOW that I have not lost any weight because of eating crap and just grabbing what I could and sitting on the sofa all weekend. Do I go today and face the sad face, wait until tomorrow or just bin it totally this week lol

CP have you tried Bio Oil. After a year, yea a year, all red stretch marks are silvery. Not disappeared but majorly reduced especially under a spray tan!
Belle - if you have time can I have the noodle soup recipe?

Kellfi Go, no point hiding. Go see where you are and be true to yourself. You can move on then.
Beez - it's nothing fancy, a load of veg (sugarsnap peas, mounge (sp?) tout, baby corn, peppers, pak choi - all chopped up), bean sprouts, knob of grated ginger, 2 x lemon slices, chicken stock, chilli flakes or sauce or actual chillies, chicken (I buy smart price wings £2 for about 14, roast in oven then strip down & use bones for stock) bring to boil and simmer gently for 20mins. Add noodles. I use udon noodles so cook them separately first then add.

Beez I bought some bio oil the other day and have been pouring it on in the hope they vanish
1st baby can you recommend any fb sites? My local one just sells baby equipment. I bagged a reiss top off eBay, a Karen millen top and a whistles skirt all really cheaply. The whistles skirt will look fantastic in the summer so not really much use to me now but first sunny day and Ito be on

Me - i did ok yesterday, walked home from work, and rather than having chicken curry again for my tea, i got some morrisons low fat sausages and did sausage, mash and loads of veggies, real comfort food, but there was loads of super free veggies in it, so although it seemed naughty it was actually quite healthy. Was going to walk to work this morning, but ended up having an extra half an hour in bed with H , i shall be walking from work tonight to my mums though which takes about 15 mins.Food for today
B - 2 wholemeal bread, ham and tomato toastie & big glass of squashS - Coffee with 2 malted milk biscuitsL - Syn free chicken and spinach curry, with rice and a home made veg pakora
S- StrawberriesD - not sure yet, depends on whether i'm at home or have tea at mums.

Morning all, busy thread today!
I had a good day yesterday, first fast day of the week and even though I was at home I stuck to my calories
Hopefully I'm going to be goodish today, I have a cookie to eat later (it's someone's birthday at work), but I've got salad for lunch, and we'll be having a roast beef and veg for dinner tonight - as long as I don't got eating other snacks I'll be fine, although AF is due so I'll have to make sure I don't (I had horrendous ov pains 2 weeks ago last night so I'm surprised it's not already arrived)

Beez - i aren't a fan of fruit, i only really eat grapes and strawberries and pineapple. So i make sure i've got them in.

Cedar getting out for a walk is so much better in the sun, enjoy.
1stbaby well done on getting back to the gym.
cp stick with the Bio Oil, it really does work.
Belle well done on sticking with the shredding.
Beez stay away from the snacks. I find I'm ok at home, especially when H is at work but when I'm at work I'm bored so always starving, I make sure I don't take any money with me to work so I can't go to the shops to buy anything naughty.
Kellfi go and get it over with, put it behind you and start again.
chids well done on all of the walking.
I've been to gym, did a 35 minute run, 15 mins on the cross trainer and 10 minutes on the stepper and some weights. Going to do some serious house cleaning today and touch up some paint work.

Beez I've been snacking on tinned fruit. I rinse in water so all the sugary syrup is gone then dollop of natural yoghurt, low fat of course & voila a yummy snack. I buy smart price tins of madarins, pineapple and peaches. This is often my weekend breakfast too.

belle - i've been buying the tinned stuff too. Cheaper than buying fresh and easier to prepare. I buy in juice so not as bad as buying the stuff in syrups.
