Morning, how are you getting on? I slipped up a bit yesterday after we ended up in the pub oops! Off to the gym this morning to undo any damage I did yesterday.

Morning SW - You're allowed a treat in the pub.
I'm doing ok, was back on it yesterday, and planning a good day today as i've got weigh in a day early this week. I made the Slimming World Enchiladas last night, which you actually make with pasta tubes, so it was a bit like spicy cannelloni. It was lovely, i used turkey mince, and it was really nice, i've never cooked with it before, but will definately use it again. It was really meaty. I just went a bit over the top with the chilli spices, so H and I were spitting flames...lol.
B - 1 wholemeal toast with boiled egg and milky coffee
S - banana
L - left over firey chicken enchilada things
D - To be decided.

Morning. I went out to dinner last night and had tapas and wine. Think we mostly chose the healthy tapas options. But did snack a lot at work yesterday. Never mind!
Breakfast was toast
Lunch is salad
Dinner is something from the freezer not sure yet.

I was good yesterday, had a WW cake and cuppa when I got in from work which saw me through to dinner time. Completed another day of the shred, not sure where I'm at, maybe day 24/25? Really noticing the difference and I'm determined to have a six pack for my holiday in the summer.
B: ww yoghurt, tea, apple to snack on later
L: spicy carrot soup & popchips
D: chicken wraps or chicken and wedges

I am back on it with a vengeance this week. Stuck to WW points yesterday and on track again today. Also started 30 day shred last night. Me and H are having a get fit race to see who gets there first, we have taken measurements and weight and are tracking weekly!

Where is everyone?
I shredded last night as H was home too late for me to get to the gym. It hurts. No pain, no gain!
Was good food wise, and resisted a biscuit at toddlers this morning too - good going for me!

Be careful with your knee 1stBaby didn't you injure it before doing the Shred? H has recorded ripped in 30 for me on Fitness TV which is good and not as much jumping as the shred. Might be worth having a flick through the channels see if you can sky+ something?

Yeah they hurt but all exercise does. Might look at the ripped one - thanks! x
