Morning ladies, how's things? I had a good day yesterday and planning on having another one today. I'm off to the gym once I've dropped the kids at school/nursery. Got things to do for the rest of the day so should be able to avoid snacking.

Morning SW - good to hear you did well yesterday.
I did ok yesterday, but last night i was terrible and just wanted to munch. So i made some slimming world crisps. They satisfied me a bit. I tried on some of my holiday stuff last night, and i've got two pairs of shorts that wouldn't fit me just after christmas, and now i can get them on and fasten them. They're still to tight to wear comfortably, but i've got 8 weeks to lose more weight and make them comfortable.
B - 2 toast with makrel

D - syn free pizza possibly
S - pinapple, mango, coffee

Its nice when you can start to see the difference with clothes isn't it?
OKish day yesterday. Am still snacking too much though. Aim today is to drink more water instead.
I did 6 week 6 pack this morning.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad
Dinner is ginger and turkey broth.

You lot are always so motivated with your exercise. I'm lucky to go for a walk!
Snow White enjoy the gym.
Chids that's great about the clothes, I find that the biggest motivator.
Cedar well done you on doing the six pack already!
AFM well the bleeding has finally come to an end so I can start upping the exercise a bit. Of course it happens as I broke my double buggy which limits how far I can go with two toddlers, it's okay when E is at preschool as I can walk miles with J in the single buggy. Might dig out the shred later tonight as H is going for a work drink. Haven't planned meals yet today which is a bad thing I guess but ill try and be good!

Childs - thats great, you will see more of a diference soon!
Cedar - i think I'm going to try 6week 6pack. My stomach is the one area i need to shift it.
Pip - you are doing amazing. Don't worry about exercise. Take it easy.
AFM - I have shreded and had my walk today. Feeling tired though and my knees and ankles are sore. I really need to think about my stomach though, its depressing I dont know why its so horrible. PJ xx

Good day yesterday, not brilliant so far today as I have been baking, so dipping my spoon in the mixture to try - oops!

D: Going to try a beef and broccoli thai stir fry type thing - we've had it deep fried before and its lush, will see how it turns out without that aspect of it. It has brown sugar, lime juice. fresh green chillis and ginger for the sauce, so its not bad, just how its cooked will change.

Crashing in for the evening ---- I'm just hoping to not put anything on this week, I can't do WW properly with lots of chocolate, and Easter treats flying around, a work buffet on thursday, a meal out on friday and then easter weekend and a day in london on Monday. I've putting weight loss on ice until next Tuesday!
