My godyesterday was awful, I was hungover and didn't stop eating all day, still tired today but the munchies feeling has passed thank goodness
L -baked potato
D -honey and mustard chicken salad
S - none hopefully!!
Lots ofwater required too
Exercise, well going to country park thismorning, got some gardening to do and may run later

I'm well and truly back in the zone after a lovely weekend full of food and wine. We didn't cook once all weekend, spent a small fortune dining out but boy did we enjoy it.
I was up at 5.30am this morning doing the Shred and H went for a run. 14 weeks until my holiday.

Morning, I've been terrible all weekend and am also hanging today. Im dreading getting on the scales, I'm going to leave weigh in til next week. B - toast, l - salad, d - chicken, baby potatoes and veg.

Morning ladies, how is everyone?
I've fallen off the wagon big style this weekend. Not with sweets and things, but with carbs!! I've had so much lovely tiger bread and french sticks, it's going to play havoc with my WL this week, and rather than losing before i go away, i've got a feeling i will be gaining. I feel so bloated too. Why do i do it? I'd been doing so well, but people put temptation in front of me, and i just can't say no.
We went to the races on saturday, i'd packed a nice healthy picnic, lots of cous cous salad and potato salad, i did chicken legs, but then i'd done some tiger bread, well rather than bringing it home, i ate it, all 6 pieces that were left.
Then on sunday, i'd had a couple of mini pork pies. I really do think i've blown it. I was pretty good yesterday though, and today and tomorrow i'm going to try and pull it back, but who knows.
B - 2 weetabix, coffee
L - cous cous salad & muller lights
D - chicken with veggies,
S - Pinapple, grapes, 2 malted milk biscuits.

Morning ladies. Another one back to it after an indulgent weekend. But it was my birthday so I don't care.
I'm just remembering that its only one weekend and it won't spoil things in the long run. I wore a skirt yesterday that was a bit too tight last year so I'm overall still doing well.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is salmon and garlic mushrooms.
Forgot it was Tuesday and should have got up and exercised this morning!

Cedar, did you enjoy your birthday?
I put my wedding dress on yesterday. I thought it might have fastened but it it still too tight, about 4/5inches before it'll fasten. So that's my mini goal.

Morning, I'm hopefully back on this now. Got 7 weeks until I go on a hen spaweekend and night out so need to get rid of my belly and I also will need to fit into the bridesmaid dress that was made to order with my pre-pregnancy measurements. Got to lose at least two inches off my waist and want rid of about 5/6 inches off my tummy long term. ***.
B - tea, yoghurt
L - probably an omlette if we have eggs that are in date
D - chicken, potato salad and normal salad
E - 6 week 6 pack level 1. My whole body is shaking.

Sorry I don't come on very often. Weight loss is just too depressing(I want to be magically skinny again!) Weighed myself today and I am just 1.5kg off my first target post Michael. Once I hit that, I have just a few more kg to lose until I should be at a happier weight! I've noticed my hips slimming down at last but my boobs have gone with them!
Being extra extra good this week food wise as we have a big day out at an all you can eat and drink again on Friday!
