Hope it's ok for me to start this.
Had my first Fast Day yesterday and it was fine. Almost easy? Now the trick is for the other 5 days to eat heathily. I don't want to start counting calories, I KNOW what to do, I know the healthy choices, so lets see it I can do it. Will be really interested to see if I lose on Friday.
Food wise today-
b - bran flakes
l - I'm out for lunch - will choose well!
d - veg soup (need to offset potential danger at lunch!)
no snacks today if I can manage without

Morning Beez, a good start hope you find today a breeze. I will be doing fruit for breakfast, soup for lunch and not quite sure yet for tea with minimal snacking throughout the day.

Morning Beez, well done on a good day yesterday. I'm interested to see if it works and may give it a go.
I had a good day yesterday although didn't get to the gym but did shred. Off to the gym this morning and will shred when I'm there.

Glad top hear your first fast day was a success Beez. Here's to a loss on Friday.
I'm at a work thing this afternoon with a dinner. So lots of wine and bad food no doubt. I've got a yoghurt & apple for breakfast. Completed day 12 Shred yesterday but won't be doing it tonight.

I had a good day yesterday too, just need to try and stick to my calories today.
B - Porridge and melon
L - chicken salad, yogurt,
D - chicken stir fry (we have yesterdays rost chicken to use up so lots of chicken today!), cake!
S - fruit and pack of french fries.

Morning ladies. Interested to see how this fast diet works for those trying it. Not sure I could manage on just 500 calories without overeating on the other days.
Am feeling a bit more in the zone today. Did Level 2 of 6 week 6 pack this morning which was very hard going. But my trousers do feel slightly looser so maybe it is helping to tone up my middle.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad, fruit and nuts (bit like a rabbit!)
Dinner is salmon and veggies

Hope everyone is ok? I've been AWOL for a few days with it being E's birthday, but i've tried to be good. On Sunday we went to the pub for tea, and so i chose steak with jacket spud rather than chips, and only had a small piece of birthday cake.
Foodwise today i'm eating
B - Cereal with milk
S - 1 toast
L - 1 Ham salad bap, no butter, extra light mayo. Strawberries, grapes, pinapple
S - Chocolate Wafer bar
T - not sure, will be having tea at mum's so i'm hoping for something good.
I've got my first proper slimming world meeting on thursday and i'm really looking forward to it. I've put a top on for work today that i've not worn for a while, and even after just 1 week of being a bit more careful it feels better. I guess, its because the bloating feeling has gone a bit.

I'm feeling pretty bloated today, am due on so it's probably that or the the fact I ate a huge plate of spaghetti for tea last night! Followed by lush choc cookies! Ooops
B - cup of tea, don't feel hungry
L - Uncle Ben's microwave rice with sauce thing I picked up to try
T - chicken stir fry

Cedar I've just watched the 6w6p on You Tube and I think I'm going to switch to that. It looks much more core focused which is the area I need to work on.

Ps anyone interested in the Fast diet - I picked up a new copy of the book on eBay yesterday for under a fiver. It's worth a read and if you don't like it you will easily flog it again on there.

Morning all (afternoon here though!)
Not much to report. I had a naughty chocolate bar after lunch today but needed it!
B- boiled egg, brown toast
L- Fruit and chocolate bar
D- Steak, cabbage, carrots and broccoli
Have not shredded today yet either, will do so tonight!

Well done Kellfi you're doing really well.
Belle - level one wasn't too bad level two is harder but I've struggled with co-ordinating some of the moves in level 2. Only it done it twice though. And I saw those photos of you in those jeans and your midriff looked really trim.
Chids - well done on being mindful about your food in front of cake! Its a great feeling when you start to feel your clothes get a little looser.
1st Baby - hope you had fun shopping.
