Come out come out wherever you are!
I've gained 2lbs. Not surprising really after many a pint of cider and burger's a plenty over the weekend. This is my first weigh in post Gaucho's too. I managed 3 days of exercise last week in the end which is good. This week is half term so I can get the later train to work and should be able exercise in the mornings. 82 days until my holiday....

Morning Belle, I've also had a naughty weekend, was out with H on Friday, had friends over for a 12 hour boozing session Saturday then a bbq at my mams on Sunday. Got back on track yesterday. I managed to get to the gym 5 times last week but this week will be tricky with it being half term. I should be able to do 3 times.

I weight in on a Friday, so far not been a great start to week but still time to up my game I suppose, no idea what I'm eating today which won't help, just had a bowl of Just Right cereal.
2lbs isn't much Belle and still plenty time til your hols

I've also had a naughty weekend as we went away and it was hard to eat out all the time and make the right choices but I had some salads as well as pudding and cocktails so it wasn't all bad haha. I've measured and I haven't gained which is surprising. I'm really losing faith that I will get rid of this tummy fat in less than four weeks though. I tried on some existing dresses and they either don't do up or look ridiculous on because of my spare tyre. I can't find anything I like online or in the shops and I don't know what size to get anyway *woe* :-(

Oh LB I know that feeling, we've all been there. Is it holiday you're looking for or an event? Are you doing sit ups like a woman posessed? drinking lots of water to help get rid of the bloatedness?

It's for my friend's hen night and I also need to try on my BM dress which is made to measure using my pre-preg measurements. I haven't been doing sit ups like a woman possessed, i've been doing the shred and 6w6p most days, not both on same day but alternating! I think it's the cardio I need to get rid of the flab. i'm just so impatient I want results NOW. Definitely need to drink more water though.

I wouldn't say lots no but it gets you out of breath.

I had a few treats over the weekend but didn't go mad, had a Chinese and some wine but didn't go silly like I would usually! Anyway I'm back to being good today (not as severe as last week as couldn't keep that up indefinitely) but got ZUMBA tonight which according to MFP actually burns 679 calories!! Which means I can scoff crisps and choc today lol - not!
B - 2 x Weetabix
L - ham salad sandwich
T - TBD
Snacks - fruit & water
LB you could make a huge difference in 4 weeks, it would be hard and take some serious dedication but you could do it!

Hi all, I am on track and keeping snacking at bay so am hoping to shift a couple of pounds by next Monday. I am exercising like a maniac - a Jillian workout 5 nights a week in the hope that I will not be wobbly on holiday - we go 3 weeks today.

Lunch for me was corn fed chicken with butternut squash and caramelised onions ith 2 helpings of salad leaf.

Sorry I ended up in meetings all afternoon after posting this. I can definitely see a difference Belle, even in my thighs which is the one area I have never managed to sort out - I can see a very slight gap forming!! I am in third week now - I am currently alternating week 2 of the shred, week 2 of ripped in 30 and the first workout on killer buns and thighs!
It is hard work but I am so going to do it until holiday!
