Morning ladies. I've had a good couple of days so far this week and feeling good for it. I've not had any alcohol since Saturday and don't plan on having any until Friday so that should hopefully help. I haven't been weighed for nearly 4 weeks as I had 2 weeks off the diet so thought I'd give myself two weeks to undo the damage so who knows where I am with my weight. Off to the gym soon, have a good day.

Hey SW, sounds like you are defnitely in the zone. I am staying off the midweek alcohol too and feel all the better for a day of dieting yesterday. Long may it continue.

I am going to see if I can get this 1/2lb off to get to WW goal, I am still going to lose another bit, but at least I don't have to pay for WW every week haha. On holiday, I will NOT be dieting!

AlsiT not long for your holiday, ifyou stick yo it until then just think how good you will feel. Kellfi hope you've managed to get the 1/2 off. Its illegal to diet when your on holiday.

Yesterday was a complete let down diet wise! I'm going to try and be better today, although after two weeks of eating so much it's hard to just switch back.

I went downhill at work yesterday and carried on after that. Never mind a new day today and feeling back in the zone.

Ive been ok although the weekend was awful! Booze, cake, cheese, crackers, more booze and a little more booze! But it was my baby girls birthday!
Gym yesterday, really enjoying it again! Long may it continue! x

Well done! It's awful when you feel hungry all of the time. Just think of the scales as your reward on Friday.

Thanks SW I think I just need my stomach to get used to smaller portions, hopefully I won't be starving for too much longer, it's horrible!
