Morning ladies, how did you get on yestrrday? I had a good day although I couldn't fit any exercise in but was still within calories. Today should be another good day, I'm off to the gym to do an hour's cardio then need to go food shopping. After yesterday's lunch thread I think I'll be getting stuff for salads and wraps and I'll give the mug shots a go. B - tea, l - tbd, d - ready meal.

Morning. I got up early and did Ripped in 30 this morning so I'm feeling energised today.
SW - fish is also good with salads - smoked salmon, tuna, mackerel if you like it.
Breakfast was fruit and yoghurt
Lunch is a sandwich and fruit
Dinner is Spanish baked eggs

Morning, our Apple TV box is randomly saying the password is wrong so I can't get into it to do my Jillian DVD. Got a clingy baby as well so no exercise for me today. Starting to panic a bit about the BM dress I have to fit into in a few weeks' time not to mention the fact that I just want this tummy gone!

D - not sure maybe spaghetti bolognese

I had a good day food wise yesterday. Today I'm having
B - small piece of homemade carrot & walnut cake
L - scrambled egg and ham
T - chilli
Starting Zumba class tonight!! Nervous but excited!

Hey all. I had a good day yesterday as my first day of my 4 week challenge, did 30DS in the morning then went out for a walk with my friend in the evening. We ended up in the pub lol but I resisted wine and had diet coke!
Today, been at work and its been tough as I've been so tired. And my boss cooked brownies but I resisted those too. Blimey!
B'fast- cereal & skimmed milk
lunch- ham sandwhich (no butter) cherry toms, cucumber, apple and grapes. WW yoghurt
snack- a quarter of a hot cross bun and a 3rd of a cheese scone! And fruit.
Dinner- pork casserole and roast veg, Alpen bar.
Need to do 30DS in a mo, so tired but really must do it.

Cedar - Well done on the exercise this morning. The only fish I like is tuna.

MossyE - The cake sounds lovely.
m-l - A walk and ending up at the pub is one of my kind of walks. Sounds like you are in the zone, keep it up and you'll look great in your summer outfits.
AFM I've had a pretty good day, I had a high calorie lunch of large chicken salad roll but have had a WW meal for dinner to counteract it. I also had a very small slice of J's birthday cake but made sure I put it in my calories and I'm still well under after doing an hours cardio at the gym.

I've had a not bad day today, cereal bar for breakfast, soup for lunch and fish and potatoes for dinner. I did make fairy cakes with M earlier and a couple somehow disappeared while I was having a cuppa..but they were small (honest!), so not bad all in and I did go swimming tonight.
