I had a very good day yesterday I just need to get to grips with working out points again.
I had soup, 4 cups of tea, red thai curry and rice, a few chocolate buttons and a tin of pineapple.
Not sure about today as I have H and the kids home due to the snow x

Morning 1st baby, glad your 1st day back went well.
I had a good day yesterday, i'd gone through the whole day and then at 8pm last night i realised i'd had no syns. So i had a bowl of cereal.
Good day planned today too,
B - 2 wholemeal bread with bacon & egg
L - Beef curry with brown rice
D - Undecided as yet, possibly pasta with something
S - Banana, Tinned Pinapple
I'd better loose something this week, it's probably been the week i've tried the hardest with SW, although i'll not be doing my weekly zumba class tomorrow night.

Try and plan your food this moring 1stBaby so you don't end up picking too much or eating badly. Well done on a great day 1. Have you pointed the milk in your tea?
Chids - are you meant to have syns everyday or were youhungry therefore wanted the cereal? I find SW confusing.
AFM - I exercised last night, hurting this morning and a tight pencil skirt + long heavy uggs + escalators do not mix! Cuppa and yoghurt for breakfast, lunch will be ramen dinner TBD.

Belle - you're allowed up to 15 syns a day. So as i'd not had any i thought i'd have something. I wasn't hungry at all, i just had it because i could. Since i've swapped to brown rice and wholemeal bread, i'm finding i'm full up for longer.

That's good your finding your full up for longer with the wholemeal. The next challenge (and one we all struggle with) is to not just eat for the sake of it. I found myself picking at cous cous last night cos we have some leftover from the weekend so I binned it or else I'd eat it for the sake of it. It's my biggest downfall so by not having bad foods in the house I can't pick.

Good day here yesterday fasting, now I can eat normally again today
Just had a bowl of porridge for my breakfast, and having a buffet lunch (been invited to join the IT group for their lunch), pork steaks with possibly cous cous for dinner tonight, and MrDD has made some cakes so I'll have one of them!

AFM - I was good yesterday, I ended up doing shred twice. Once when R was at CM and then once when kids were in bed. Car went wrong yesterday and H was out fixing it in the evening so I thought better than sit, think about food and worry about money and car I will exercise! Bless H he was soooooo cold bless him. Luckily we haven't got snow (shock, Cornwall misses it again!!) But really needed the car fixed as we have an appt with the consultant about R's xray. My brother has lent us his car though so thank godness we can go. I was in a right flap. My lovely CM offered to come and pick R up and drop him off aswell bless her. I really wanted him to go still as he has been crying alot when he was there but had a fab time yesterday so didn't want to go backwards iyswim.
Food wise I need to be strong, as I know H will suggest something naughty as we will be home late after doc ect. I'm going to have tuna salad for lunch. I weighed in on my wii fit this morning (this is how I have been recording weight loss) and I was in Ideal for BMI which made me happy and I have offically hit 2.5 stone loss now! Yay! Will keep going to weigh in day though, but will be treating my self on Friday or Saturday evening! I know I don't get much chance to post much on here but like to say a big thankyou for all the support, I lurk alot but it keeps me on track knowing you all are sticking with it!

I've stopped buying rubbish too. We've got a draw of chocolate which belong to the children. We don't buy it, it's stuff they get given for gifts/birthday/christmas etc. They get one piece as a treat, and i buy one packet of malted milk biscuits. That's it. I'm finding though i aren't as hungry though because of eating better so i aren't needing to snack.

Morning! I had a fairly good day yesterday so I'm hoping to be better today. H made me crumpets for breakfast this morning but put loads of margarine on them. I'll probably take the long route to the shops and walk off a few of those calories. It'll be soup for lunch as O asked for it, but I'm undecided about what to have for tea.

Yep I reckon yesterday my food was around 10pp for dinner, 5pp for lunch, 0 for fruit, 2pp for teas and some choc buttons deffo within my 26pp.
Today I am having:
B: Banana and cuppa 1pp
L: Soup 5pp
D: Chilli con carne no rice so around 10pp
Will snack on fruit and try not to pick x

I think I had a good day yesterday. Stuck at home today as my daughter isn't well.
Am trying to ignore the call of the Pringles that were left over from the weekend
I'm another who finds it much easier not to snack when the food isn't in the house to snack on.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will probably be a sandwich
Dinner will probably be pizza and salad

Morning ladies, sounds like everyone is feeling motivated this week. I weighed in this morning and have lost a pound, taking me to 10lbs so really pleased. I've had a mammoth session at the gym this morning, 30 min run, 30 mins on the stepper burning 1100 calories, then did weights and ab workout so feeling fit.
B - missed it by going to the gym
L - tuna sandwich
D - chilli and rice

I spoilt a good day yesterday by having some wine last night only cos it was left over in the fridge from the weekend. NEver mind, still within my cals.
