Well done for staying the same PB, 4lb is very doable too. I love a dirty Burger King!
Went on a really long walk yesterday and I'm busy today with swimming so hopefully keeping active enough.
B - an apple and banana
L - probably not much as out and about
D - haven't quite decided yet, might do jacket potato with beans.

I caved & picked last night. Only good thing to come of it is the peanuts have now all gone! I'm struggling to get back into it at home but am fine at work. It's not boredom as I don't stop, it's just wanting to eat eat and eat. To top it all off I left my soup to simmer for too long so it reduced down to nothing and only made 1 portion, which I didn't realise until last night so today I need to buy my lunch. Will either go with prawn ramen 150kcal, or a vital ingredient salad.

Morning ladies, how are we all today? My exercise plans for yesterday went out the window as I had a poorly toddler to look after, but I did go and join ww last night, SW can you update my weight to 12st 4. I knew it'd go up as I was weighing in evening so not bothered about that too much. Today's plan is b - porridge with blueberries, then a pear, l - soup, some cottage pie without the potato topping, d - salmon, veg. Exercise, I will attempt to do a Jillian DVD if poorly girl will allow, she just wanted mummy cuddles yesterday afternoon poor thing. Have a good day all xx

Morning ladies. I had a sort of OKish day yesterday but I was over on calories by the end. Not by much though. I'll be working hard to keep under today.
Did 6 Week 6 Pack this morning. I can definitely feel it in my abs while I'm doing it so hopefully it will make a difference to my belly which I really want to improve on as its where I store all my fat.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is bean stew if I remember to buy the beans!

1stBaby Ramen is spicy noodle soup, well broth with either chicken prawn or tofu. I can't imagine my carrot soup has been much higher in cals?
15/01/2013 at 12:44
Ooo that sounds nice, is it filling though? You can keep the tofu though!
15/01/2013 at 13:06
It certainly fills me up, the noodles do that. I do get peckish around 5pm when I'm doing L's dinner.

Hi all, just quickly popping on whilst I should be working. Yet another salad for lunch today and I had a digestive because I gave blood but other than that still on the straight and narrow. Out of the office all day on Thurs when I usually weigh in in the first aid room so will do it on Fri morning instead which gives me an extra 24 hours!
Hope everyone is having a nice healthy day x

Hello everybody. I'm back in the land of day time. Soooo tired after all my nights.
Belle how do u make the ramen? Is it miso soup then add meat and wasabi??
B- yoghurt and oatbran
L - tandoori chicken
T- bolognese (no spaghetti but everyone else will have spaghetti and garlic bread )
15/01/2013 at 13:55
I bought the ramen. I tried making it at home the other week but it was just noodle soup really, nowhere near as nice & spicy. I think Miso soup is grim.
15/01/2013 at 14:01
Iv looked at a recipie. It says I need dashi, never heard of that or seen it. I bloody bought miso paste today especially , I suppose it wasn't actually going to be ramen seen as I wasn't having noodles , I think il still try it but leave out the dashi x
15/01/2013 at 14:17
Dashi is a stock so the miso paste should work the same. Or just save up some used greentea bags - all tastes the same!
