Morning, I've had 2 good days and already feeling less bloated. I'm at the hairdressers this morning so no gym today but I'm off work this week so can go every day. I'm glad of a day off as I'm still aching from a body pump class I did on Saturday, I managed to push through the pain yesterday but I'm still aching loads today.

Morning SW. That aching is your body telling you to ease off for a day or two so a morning being pamepered at the hairdressers is no bad thing.
After a week or so off I am back to it. We've been away seeing friends and have had a lovely time but a lot of food and drink was consumed. So I am getting back into the swing of things again. I've not done much exercise while way so need to get back into that. Am at work today so just have to resist the goodies sitting by the water cooler this morning!
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad
Dinner is chicken pasta

Morning iv been on holiday all
Last week but made good food choices, not weighed self but back on sw
Absolutely loads of uni stuff to get done today so iv got loads of fruit to snack on
B- fruit free
L- whole meal pita(HEXB) with ham and salad and coleslaw free
T- roast beef, green veg and potatoe free
HEXA is milk for brews

Morning ladies. I started RWL last night. Some good workouts but it's a pain having to do them individually would be good if you could stream them together. I did perfect 10 long lean legs x2 and flat tummy x3

Cedar your right about my body needing a rest, I'm still aching but its easing off so I'm sure I'll be fine tomorrow. Glad you had a good week away last week, well done on getting back on track, its much easier when the kids are at school.
cp - Your food sounds lovely today.
Belle well done on doing the exercise, not sure what long lean legs or a flat tummy is but well done anyway, keep it up.
I've been good so far today, I had a crumpet for breakfast, soup for lunch then I'm having either a ready meal or tuna sandwich and monster munch for tea, not very healthy but when H is nightshift I don't cook for myself and its all within calories and I still have some left if I fancy a little treat when the kids are in bed.
