Morning, I wasnt good yesterday, there's too many treats in the house, I had sweets, cheese and crackers, booze, not good. I must be better today. I'm off to the gym or for a run later this morning, if I'm not eating great I need to keep up with the exercise to keep things balanced. I'm not too bothered if I don't lose any more weight before Christmas but don't want to gain anything.

Morning! I shopped all day yesterday so hopefully that balanced out the half a triple choc muffin I shared with M! I weighed in this morning at 9 stone 11lb so pleased with that!! I don't feel as bloated either. I'm out Saturday night with the girls and we've all got to wear xmas jumpers so I bought one yesterday, only wanted a cheap one cos probably won't wear it again, it's an Asda one and they only had it in size 8 or 14 so tried on the 8 and it fit (they must be very big sizes though cos I'm usually a big 10 or a 12 in tops).
Well done on all the exercise SW! We haven't got much in the house treatwise so hopefully no temptation apart from the beef bourginion I've got in the slow cooker is going to make me feel hungry all day cos it smells so good!

Morning SW. Its the treats at work that were my downfall yesterday. There was loads leftover from a "goodbye" do on Friday. I must try harder to resist today!
Its my last day in the office today and I've planned some exercise in for the rest of the week so hopefully I can work off some of the calories.
Breakfast was cereal
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is pasta.

I'm back and boy do I need to be. Ive eaten terribly for the past coupld of weeks - my weekend consisted of roast dinner & wine, Kebab and wine, picky foods & wine, fajitas and wine, fish & chips and wine! URGH I'm disgusting.
I'll be back doing my squats and sit ups tonight I need to tone up.

iv got 8lbs to go till goal! iv not been too strict last few weeks so im no in the zone and just eating dust till xmas
so want to be at goal by xmas eve!

I've had about 5 homemade Florentines so far today, yoghurt and just had Thai prawn curry and salad (no rice) for lunch.

I've had a picky few days and didn't get out for my run on Sunday but a better day today. Chicken and homemade chips for dinner with lots of veg, and out for a run in the morning. WI tomorrow, will be pleased with any loss this week.
