Morning! It's cold here this morning and the sun is hiding for now although supposed to brighten up later. Have fun at your classes SW. I really enjoyed zumba last night, it was a really hard workout. Was well within cals too. Not sure on food today either.

Hi ladies, I'd like to join please! Weighed myself this morning and I'm 11st 4lb which I'm actually fine with, I think I was 11.3 when I got pregnant. BUT I'm so wobbly and feel like a totally different shape since having my baby and my clothes don't sit right :/ I'm aiming to get to 11st and see how I feel then, but mainly exercise more, and eat less cake. I've become a bit of a cake addict since being pregnant, and as my son is 9 months old I really need to stop being such a pig now!
Need to formulate an exercise plan as I don't get much chance in the evening being realistic. I do swimming and yoga but they are with baby so not a massive work out. Will step up the walking and think about what else I can do.
Food wise, we have a healthy-ish pasta bake for tea, with salad, and I'm having lunch out with my Mum but will try and be good and get a jacket potato or something. I made flapjack yesterday though and there's a whole tin winking at me. Error!
SW - Two classes in a day? You are hardcore! Hope you settle in at your new gym. I am loving the turn in the weather!
Frankie - It's cold here too, but kind of sunny - better than usual anyway. Glad you enjoyed zumba.

Morning! SW, as ever I am worn out just reading about your exercise!
Frankie, well done on the zumba. It always looks like a fun class to do, I keep meaning to find out about it near me.
Lamby - welcome to the thread. Your body definitely changes shape after pregnancy - even my super thin didn't put on any extra weight friend complained that her rib cage was wider afterwards.
As for me, had an OK day yesterday until the evening when I ate too much dinner. Will try harder today! Didn't get a chance to exercise this morning as H couldn't sleep last night so was downstairs asleep on the sofa and I don't think he'd have thanked me for waking him up just so I could leap around the room to my DVD! Will make up for it later in the week.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad with fruit and nuts as snacks
Dinner is baked spanish eggs

Frankie I've never tried Zumba. Hope the morning has brightened up for you.
Lamby, welcome, I could definitely see changes in my body after both of my pregnancies. With the weather getting better it will be easier to get out for walks for a bit of exercise.
Cedar I don't think your H would of been too happy if you woke him this morning. I was also good yesterday until I ate half an Easter egg (and its not even Easter yet), I was still within calories but it wasn't very healthy.
I'm back from the gym, the classes were good but hard but I managed to stick with it and complete both classes and then I finished with a 10 minute run on the treadmill. I am feeling the burn in my legs when I walk up the stairs already, I'll be aching tomorrow and I'm at the gym again at 7.15 before I go to work.

SW you must be so fit & toned with the amount of exercise you do!! It has finally brightened up here so we've been out all morning walking (slowly) and visited the park.
Lamby my shape is so different after 3 pregnancies, I've never had a proper toned tum but my hips have definitely got wider and my boobs are different.
Cedar your food today sounds healthy. You definitely had good excuse for no exercise today!
