After terrible weekend (so so so naughty!!!) I'm back on it so I can really enjoy myself when I leave for my caravan holiday on friday! So will be extra good today and until then! I'm not pretending I'm going to be good from friday until monday as I know I will be eating lots. Will be back on it once I back though!
Have shredded this morning before kids were up and I plan to do it once they go to bed. Although. I'm feeling so rubbish I'm going to battle on through!

Morning PJ, sounds like you enjoyed your weekend! It'll be nice to relax this weekend and have whatever you fancy too!
I did ok yesterday, apart from a blip involving a small chocolate cake, but it's gone now so no temptation. Today's plan is B - fruit, L - roasted mediterranean veg and chorizo, D - chicken with honey and mustard parsnips and a couple of new potatoes. Exercise is week 3 day 2 of 30 day shred

Was a lovely weekend, but lots of birthdays and lots of bad food! I have been so bloated, I'm hoping it'll go down after today. So thats why im being super duper for 4 days then I can indulge again on friday till monday! Then my plan is to really set about maintaining my weight. Your meals sound so yummy!! PJ xx

I did day 2 of Six week six pack this morning but A needed attention halfway through so had to finish - what a shame
B - bran flakes
L - probably pitta bread with ham and salad again, yoghurt
D - no idea, chicken with something

Morning PJ - you've done so well, you're allowed a little time off. You're not going to blow all your hard work by having a few treats, enjoy your little holiday
Weekeder - a little chocolate cake isn't the end of the world. Good luck with shredding
Me - i'm ok, back is getting much better so i'm thinking of risking zumba tomorrow night. I've not been for two weeks so i think it might kill me.
B - 2 wholemeal toast, 1 boiled egg.
L - homemade turkey burger with salad, muller light
D - not sure, possibly pasta bake with veggie mince
I'm drinking my water again today and cutting down on the caffine, and fingers crossed i'll have another lovely loss on thursday.

LB - I think I'm just used to it now! I really should start 6 week 6 pack, but i think that will kill me ! thinking about giving it a go in a few weeks!

I think it's actually slightly easier than 30ds but it's also a bit boring because each level you repeat the circuit twice and it's 3 weeks on one level, 3 the next so quite a long time to be doing the same thing. it does really work your core though so i'm hoping I can stick to it and see a difference.

PJ - My tummy got realy toned with the 30ds, I have a teeny pouch but it's made abig difference. I have Ripped in 30 recored I try and do now and again or just up the sit ups as much as you can.
I was going to get up and shred before work but 5.30am came and went. H has promised to keep the lounge free so I can do it tonight whilst he's cooking dinner I need to get back on it! Last night he was very good and drank about 10 coffees and a litre of water, he usually has a few beers so that is great. I however snacked on a packet of French Fries.

Hi ladies, i'm back sticking to my WW points now, after putting 5lbs on over Easter and holidays I've managed to lose 4 of of those in just over a week, so nearly back to where I was a month ago! Feels easier to stick to now the weather is nice.
