Morning, did we all have a good start to the week? I had a really good day yesterday, burnt over 1300 calories in the gym and was good with food. This morning I'm off to the gym again and hoping for another good work out and ab challenge.

Morning! I was naughty with food yesterday, had a packet of crisps, Jaffa cake and a large oat biscuit. Was still under calories with exercise but still not good. Must do ether today.
B- Special K and whole meal toast
L eating out so not sure but something healthy like a salad
D- pasta with quorn
Snacks- fruit and cracker bread
Exercise- day 2 of challenges and then I am trying a buggy fit class this morning. Was going to walk there but think it might be too long for d to be in pram asleep for

HF - enjoy your buggyfit class. I used to go to one when my daughter was tiny. It was good fun.
I was tempted by the snacks at work partly because thanks to back to back meetings I hardly had time to shovel my salad in! So will be avoiding today.
Got up and did Ripped in 30 for first time in more than a week. So feeling good about that. I added an extra plank at the end because I haven't got around to downloading ab challenge. Will do that today.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is cheese salad
Dinner is quinoa prawn and avocado salad.

Morning, i'm doing ok. Not had too much naughty stuff, but I've got a feeling I will have put on this week, the 5lb I lost week can't have been real with me being ill. I'm going back to zumba tomorrow night, I've not been for weeks with one thing or another.
B - Sausage bap with low fat sausage
L - syn free chilli & muller light
D - chicken and something?
We've not got much in, I need to go shopping but I've not had the time yet.

Good day for me yesterday, was on points, so pleased with that. Only exercise was walking though, but it was fairly fast as M has finally got the hang of her scooter and I was trying to keep up with her!
B - fruit and tea
L - m&s count on us meal
D - italian beef stew
S - fruit
Exercise, I'll try to fit in ripped in 30 and will def do the challenges. Think I'll take M out on her scooter again to get some walking in

Morning ladies. I had a good day yesterday plus weighed in at less than I thought too!
B: porridge and blueberries
L: houmous and crudités with a brown pitta
D: cod fillet with veg
Aiming for 10lb in 2 weeks. 5 lb off in last 10 days whilst stuffing face so hopefully will do it. Got both kids today so probably just take horse for a walk this evening and run tomorrow

Morning ladies, Ab & squat challenges killed me last night but I'm getting there! I've been adding weights to the squats for a bit extra umph and boy does it hurt! Can totally see a difference in my shoulders and upper arms mind. Been mixing up the sit ups a little too, doing side crunches for more definition.

Morning, I cannot get my *** into gear. I did a bit of exercise last night but only because I'd eaten a load of chocolate! No idea what to have meal wise, lost inspiration. What is wrong with me?!

I've been good today amazingly! I am making myself go to WW on Thursday and if I've gained too much and gone 5lb over goal I'll have to pay and I don't want to!
Sounds like everyone is being pretty good! Lindtbunny I'm crap on the diet when its TOTM, that with low energy.

lunch - ham sandwhich (no butter) cherry toms, apple.
dinner-pasta with veg and tomato/basil sauce, salad.

Well done ml. I'm hoping to have a fraction of your motivation tomorrow. Managed ripped in 30 tonight but was getting in a right strop with Jillian which isn't like me. I'm in a rooted mood because I've put on a whole fecking inch round my waist and tummy! Hoping it's just bloatedness with totm and a weekend of booze.
