Morning, I am well and truly back on the waging, had a great day yesterday, loads of exercise and no naughty food. This morning I've given the gym a miss and went for a run straight after dropping the kids off - it's far too hot for the gym and due to the heat my run was hard work but it's done and did it in a good time. Going to do the ab challenge as well.

I've walked to work today, took me about 25 minutes. I don't mind walking in the holidays as i'm not so much of a rush to get in. Food wise I've been ok, had a bit of chocolate last night after tea, but as i'd only had salad with a bit of chicken tikka for my tea it wasn't too bad.
B - 2 toast & tinned tomatos
L - banana, muller light, French fries, cherries
D - I've got turkey mince out so will probably make a chilli, and have that with rice
S - milky coffee & 2 bourbon biscuits.

Morning. I managed to hurt my finger on Sunday evening which - ridiculous as this sounds - means I won't be able to do Ripped in 30 or go swimming (my usual exercises of choice) because I either can't do weights/push ups or get my finger wet. So may actually have to venture out for a run instead later this week. I suppose at least the weather is nice for it.
Trying to concentrate on the food - as I consumed way too much rubbish at the weekend.
Breakfast was fruit and yoghurt
Lunch is a sandwich and fruit
Dinner will be something with salad

I had a great day yesterday food wise, today is going well and doing Zumba tonight too (will be hard work in this heat!)
