Morning, I had a good day yesterday despite feeling starving all day but I'm already feeling less bloated from the weekend. Just waiting for the gym to open. It's so cold here this morning, only 0ºc in the car atm so won't be going out anywhere this afternoon I'll give the house a good clean instead.

I wish I was good SW.
Had a good run yesterday and increased my distance which im pleased about, then came home felt sick and fell asleep at 8.30! Think this may be the tablets im on though.
I am eating anything and everything today and really not starving so shouldn't be :(
That temp makes me feel so cold, we are about 25 degree's I think and loving the weather right now

Morning all, I'm back and properly motivated this time so will be sticking around.
SW, yay for feeling less bloated, have a good day. When do you weigh in?
LC, if you're hungry then east but try to stick to healthier choices, one day of more food won't hurt.
AFM, I've joined Weight Watchers online and I'm loving it. I get lots of extra points due to breastfeeding so am never hungry but am already eating stacks more fruit and veg. Did my first run in well over a year on Saturday which went better than I expected and hoping to get out again tomorrow. Lunch is slim a soup with bad and butter and dinner is ham tagliatelle and exercise will be walking to school and back three times. Weigh in tomorrow and I've no idea what to expect as I've avoided my usual sneaky peels but hoping for a good first week.

Margot you sound really motivated. Great news on your first run. Fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow, I'm weighing in on Saturday morning.
I'm done at the gym, 30 minute run, 20 minute on the stepper, 10 mins on the cross trainer, toning weights and crunches.

Hello! I'm here 2 days in a row, woo hoo. Nice to see you Margot. I still haven't attempted running since having M. My core is shot to pieces so I'm hoping to help get some strength back in the gym first.
Just back from teh supermarket and I've bought loads of fruit and veg. The baby is weaning now so that's an extra motivation to cook more heathily. Food wise, I;ve been good this week. I talked myself out of going to the gym last night so I must go tonight really.
Food plan for today is:
B mullerlight with crumbled alpen light bar (HexB)
L homemade chicken noodle soup (free)
D Quorn stir fry - I;ll have to sun a sauce.
snacks - chicken tikka slices, cucumber, fruit

Morning. I am at work so not time for personals except to say Welcome back Margot, you do sound really motivated again.
I had a good day yesterday.
Today was cereal and fruit for breakfast
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is soup
Concentrating on not snacking, helped by the fact that there aren't any in the office today!
