How was yesterday? I had a good day, even though I had a hangover I kept within calories and went to the gym. I'm off to the gym again this morning, for the last few weeks I've been working on my stomach and I am starting to see a difference, its not as wobbly so I'm going to keep it up and hopefully by the time I go on holiday next year I will have a nice toned tummy which I need when I'm sitting next to my skinny friend

It's great when you start to see results.
I half arsed attempted some exercise last night 120 sit ups and 100 squats, 50 side squats. Dinner was salad beans and tuna.

can I come back? I'm still not going to group, and I've been really lax this last couple of week, so I need to get back on it, i'm feeling bloated and my skin looks crap and spotty. So this morning, I've gone back to basics SW style!!
B - 1 wholemeal toast, boiled egg, grapes and coffee
L - jacket potato, beans, muller light
D - SW chicken curry, brown rice, maybe a few SW chips
S - banana

Belle, any exercise is better than none. Are you not impressed with the Lucy thing?
chids, its 6 weeks til Christmas, you can do a lot in 6 weeks which will make you feel so much better. I bet even by the end of the week you'll been feeling much better in yourself and less bloated.

I know SW. I don't think I've put too much on, not according to my home scales anyway, but I just feel crappy because I've not been eating well. I've been having far too much bread, and white bread too, not brown like I had been having. 6 weeks is another half stone at least.
been v strict over the last week, have tonnes to do for uni so making a start today.
Bfast - yoghurt, fruit, scrambled egg (been up since 5 with a coughing child)
Lunch - some sort of salad and a pitta
Tea - beef Bourgignon
Hex a milk for brews and hex b pitta
Will snack on fruit have a tonne of blackberries for when I'm studying lol

SW the workouts are good but you have to open each one individually you can do a playlist which is a real pita. It's 2 mins stop find new one 2 mons stop find new one 2 mons stop....

Morning. I've got a cold and feeling rubbish. Like Chids I've been really lax the last couple of weeks and can feel it now. So back to proper eating, cutting out the snacks and tracking everything. Soon as I'm feeling better I'll start exercising again.
SW well done on the stomach exercises.
Belle your list of the number of reps you did exhausts me just reading it.
Chids onwwards and downwards. SW is right there is plenty of time to make a difference before Christmas.

I'm back from the gym, had a good session - 30 minute run, 30 mins stepper, leg weights and crunches.
