Morning, I had a good day yesterday, didn't quite manage the 1.5hrs I planned in the gym but did do an hour. I'm off to the gym again this morning where I'll be able to do the 1.5hrs - 1hr cardio, 30 mins weights and ab exercises.

Well done on the gym! I really need to start exercising. Had a good day yesterday. Menu for today is -
B - mini weetabix and milk, fruit
L - mug shot pasta thingy, fruit
D - stir fry
Weigh in tomorrow and i want that half stone award!!

Well after a naughty week and no Zumba (it was cancelled) I've still managed to lose a pound! So can the chart be updated please SW I'm now 9 stone 10 pound. I'm feeling horribly bloated at the moment though, not due on or anything so not sure what it's all about.
B - shreddies
L - ham wrap, apple/banana
T - chicken blackbean with rice
SW I always admire how much exercise you do! It really makes a difference to how I look but I just can't seem to motivate myself to get back into it.

I was so good food wise yesterday I only snacked on a handful of dry shreddies about 9.30pm. I managed a few sit ups but nothing to write about. I wish I had time to use the gym like you

cp I only work 2 days a week and both kids are at school so I have no excuse and it's just part of my lifestyle and has been since E was 6 weeks old, although back then I didn't so anywhere near as much as I do now. Exercise for today - 40 min run, 30 mins stepper, 10 mins cross trainer, arm weights and 200 crunches = 1200 calories.

I made my 20 minute run yesterday which was amazing, it's the longest I've run since being at school! Nothing planned today. Next run is Wednesday.

Hi all, so I rolled off the wagon over the weekend and I'm disgusted in myself so no more. I've list half a stone to date and the weekend has made me realise I don't want that greedy lifestyle any more. Although I can't say I didn't enjoy the unexpected day out with H, the drink and the takeaway.
So I'm back on track, I've been walking tons I've just done an hour and will do the same home. I'm doing 100 sit-ups a day and some other stretches and bits that I don't know the name off but all worked for me last time I dieted before my wedding. I'm trying my hardest to go no carbs too...appart from the odd bit I pinch from the boys plates.
