Morning SW hope the bloat goes soon. I had a good day yesterday. I've done Ripped in 30 this morning and hope to get out for a walk later. I'm interviewing all day so won't be able to snack but I'm meeting friends for dinner later. Don't know where we're going but I shall try and order healthily from the menu.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is cheese salad
Dinner the healthy menu option!

Morning ladies, sounds like you've both had good days.
I've been a little bit naughty the last few days and not tracked everything, don't think I've gone too badly over points but couldn't say for certain. Need to be good again now though, out for a drink tomorrow night then H's work night out on Saturday so will be using my weekly points for those. I've walked to school and back once already and will do twice more, and try to fit in some kettlebells later too.
L: Pate on toast
D: Pheasant breast with roast potatoes and veg
Snacks: Fruit and homemade malt loaf, and can afford a glass of wine this evening too.

I'm here! Had a bit of a bad day yesterday as it was my granddad's funeral and I did succumb to a piece of cake but ignored all the other very tasty looking food! But there was loads left over so I did take some cake home and ate it last night! Plus a glass of wine! Well done to everyone sounds like we're not doing too badly at all x

Yeah I am feeling it now and I am in the zone Belle but I mean that Ive been trying to shift this last 7-14lbs for 2 years!!!

I am still here too but rubbish as posting. I was bad earlier in the week and scoffed a pile of chocolate digestives but been extra extra good since then in the hope of a bit of damage limitation. Menu today -
B - yoghurt and fruit
L - ryvita, dairylea light and salad
D - stir fry
lots of fruit in between. Fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow!! If i can lose 2lbs a week till i go back to work i will be at target but its a tall order with only a stone to go. Another 7lbs and my weight will start with a 9 for the first time since i got married in 2005 so i'd be happy with that! Got into a pair of size 12 jeans today whoop whoop!
