AFM - Had an ok day yesterday. Took Iz Roller skating and we skated for about 2 hours (although rather slowly as it was only her second time). I feel over twice which was quiet embarrasing. My H is doing 30 day shred with me and we did day 2 yesterday. My pelvic floor is completely and utterly knackard! I made some cakes yesterday and rather than eating them all only ate 1 uniced and 1 iced and both were included in my dailiy calories on MFP.
Today B - hot cross bun, L - chicken and salad wrapD - chicken casserole with rice or pasta which I put in the slow cooker this morning.
