Morning everyone, im on nights and having my first break of the night so thought id pop on as wont be on later as im going to sleep ALL DAY as we have child care today
been good overnight despite a sweet drawer full of those cadburys caramel nibble things which i could have jsut eaten a few hours ago but one of the girls is on a diet and was saying that she was being good so i kind of followed her example [grump]
just had some oatbran and yoghurt
food today is
asian sticky chicken later but not sure what else as i cant face thinking of food at this time. iv made soup too but not sure i can face it later.

Hope you sleep well CP. I always hate nights and find it really messes with my eating.
Had a good day yesterday, and feel bit more motivated.
Today will be
B yogurt and frozen raspberries
L salad with some meat
D chicken stir fry

Morning all, well I returned to ww last night and according to them I lost half a pound although not strictly true as I didn't make my last meeting went to another and lost 5lbs, so in theory I've put on 4.5!
Well done cp for revisiting the sweets you are so much stronger than me. Nala I hope the motivation continues and pass some my way please!
I was going to the gym this morning before work but think I may go after work as h is at home today so I don't have to worry about picking the kids up.

Morning, I'm feeling slightly better today (have a rotten cold) so I'm off to the gym this morning, going to attempt an hour's cardio and some weights. I was good yesterday food wise but did no exercise. B - fruit, l - sandwich, d - chicken fajitas.

Morning all (Night CP hope you get a good sleep!)
I was really good yesterday, very pleased I didn't nibble on anything apart from a spoonful of pasta to test it was cooked (L's dinner) I made a small bowl of raw caulilflower to munch on whilst he was having his dinner. Then I had a mozerella (light) & tomato salad with leaves & balsamic vinegar.
Today b: ww yoghurt, tea with skimmed milk & 1 sweetner, L: soup again, d: either chicken noodle soup or chicken salad.

pb - well the other meeting might have had dodgy scales I'd go with the 0.5lb loss!

Belle - raw cauliflower?? not sure I'd fancy that.
I was okish yesterday, really enjoyed the veg after not having any for nearly a week. Back on a pure protein day again today though:
B - lemon cake
L - pork (leftover from yesterday), chicken slices and crab sticks, yogurt
D - probably steak
S - sf jelly and yogurt.

I'm not doing proper WW anymore, I gave up after the 3month offer ran out last year. I know the theory behind it and was still losing weight. If I don't shift anything in the next few weeks I'll sign up again. My points were 27 a day, I'd have 1 for breakfast, up to 10 for lunch & again for dinner. Sometimes I'd use them all other times I'd have 10 leftover. Just because the points are there you don't have to use them.
Morning everyone. On the train so can't do personals. We're all still sounding motivated which is good. Dragged myself out of bed to do Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack. I can definitely feel my abs now! Not as heavy on the cardio as 30 day shred hoping it will help tone up my stomach!
breakfast - cereal and fruit
lunch - salad and fruit
dinner - stuffed haddock with veggies

I always had a lot less for lunch than that and kept the points for booze haha. It does work for me

Nala - glad you are feeling motivated, motivation or lack of is a big part of why I'm over weight
PB - Hope you enjoy your gym session
SW - doing any exercise with a cold is a great achievement - I just feel sorry for myself and do nothing as soon as I feel under the weather

AFM - Had an ok day yesterday. Took Iz Roller skating and we skated for about 2 hours (although rather slowly as it was only her second time). I feel over twice which was quiet embarrasing. My H is doing 30 day shred with me and we did day 2 yesterday. My pelvic floor is completely and utterly knackard! I made some cakes yesterday and rather than eating them all only ate 1 uniced and 1 iced and both were included in my dailiy calories on MFP.
Today B - hot cross bun, L - chicken and salad wrapD - chicken casserole with rice or pasta which I put in the slow cooker this morning.

Did ok yesterday but didnt get to the gym - bad me - lost motivation but tonight I have to go - I need to get back to it!

Nina, you've done brilliantly. It's difficult to get your motivation back at the beginning of the year after Christmas, and even more so after your holiday, but you CAN do it!!! xx
