iv such a cheek to start this thread as don't post on it often enough but going to try, just have loads going on.
since my hol I put on a stone, 8lbs whilst away then it quickly went to 10 then I'd put on the stone, so after doing low carb for a year and loosing almost 4 stone (then putting 1stone on) I'm now at slimming world as I felt I actually needed to dread weigh in iyswim, I needed a structure and I think ww which iv done a million times pin the past just no longer works for me
anyway been doing it a week, big weigh in tomorrow eek!
today will be spent doing loads of uni stuff
breakfast - fruit, muller lite
lunch - bacon butty (bread from HEXB)
tea - oxtail stew (1syn due to wine in sauce)
HEXA is my milk for my bbrews
might have an alpen bar for 3 syns later if hungry

Morning cp, well done on getting back on track, it's so easy for the weight to go back on, especially when on holiday. I've just finished at the gym, I worked hard and burnt 1000 calories. I've had a couple of weeks where I've been ticking over, not losing and not gaining but I'm going to get back on track this week and hope to see 10st something on the scales when I next weigh in.

I'm kind of half in the zone half not I have areas I need to work on but he cold weather and dark mornings and evenings aren't helping me find my motivation to exercise. Food wise I'm diong OK, not bad stuff but picking more than usual

Morning everyone. I had a busy weekend with a night out on Saturday and family over on Sunday. I drank and ate quite a bit. I weighed in last Friday and I reckon I'd lost half a pound but I've not got digital scales so its sometimes a bit hard to tell, peering at them first thing in the morning! Anyway, I can't imagine I've kept that off since the weekend so I won't count it.
Trying to get back on track for the rest of the week.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will be salad and fruit and nuts
Dinner will tray bake salmon

Well done CP on getting back to it. It's so easy isn't it for the weight to get back on.
I'm considering packing in going to SW classes and giving it a go on my own for a bit. My head just isn't in it 100% at the moment, and although i'm being ok food wise and exercising, having not really lost anything for 3 months it's starting to feel a bit like a waste of money. I've got so much going on with family stuff, waiting for the call to say that my grandad has passed, and I feel like I need to take a break. I've just not plucked up the courage to tell the SW leader yet.
I'll still be checking in on this, and following the plan as much as possible, but at the moment, I can't be dealing with the scales saying I've put on.

Good luck with SW CP, I read your menu like a flipping chemistry exam though!
SW - You must be so toned with all your gym work! Good luck for weigh in.
Belle - Just keep at it - you have enough on your plate though babe.
Chids - Can you try and go back to basics again? You did great at the beginning, try a week of being super good and writing it all down. Otherwise maybe you could go to the SW leader and tell her how you feel - she must have seen it before hun. Stay foccussed xxx
AFM - I weighed in at 9.13 - so chuffed to be under 10 stone again. Its only a lb off but I am trying the slow and steady approach this time, and not restricting myself too much. I am enjoying my jogging and went for a quick jog this morning.

Well done everyone! Well I was ok yesterday especially with doing Zumba then I came home and ate 4 chocolate cookies ha ha!

B'fast -Branflakes, skimmed milk
Lunch-ham sandwhich, cherry toms, fruit.
Snacks-fruit, WW bar
Dinner- spanish chicken and roasted veg. 2 ww digestives for dessert.
Well done for getting under that 10 stone- I did the same last week, it feels good to get back in the 9's doesn't it. x
Belle, like 1stBaby says don't fret too much, you've enough on your plate- you know when you need to you can do it x
Good luck for tomorrow CP ! and well done those gym and zumba gals.
Chids, why don't you have a chat with your leader, get a bit of motivation to get back on track? You've tried really hard it would be a shame to see it go to waste x
