well I've weighed in 2lbs lighter than I was yesterday so a) my scales may be broken or b) I'm not as bloated???
today I'm at trust induction AGAIN which us sooooooo f*cking boring! 1 f*cking hour in a fire lecture! 20 mins listening to a monotone voice about different coloured fire extinguishers , watching slides of various fires caused by cooking then got me thinking if fried bacon going vvv crispy
anyway pick up my uniform today really hope it's a 12 (I mean a 10 would be AMAZING) but I don't deserve that due to my piggyness on nights last week!
b yoghurt and oatbran
l cheese and pickles and olives and some meat (salami/chorizo)
t stir fry with those horrific zero noodles

Cp that is great, I hope you manage to.get through today ok. Fingers crossed for the size 12 uniform.
I had my weigh in yesterday and I lost 1.5 lbs. I'm really pleased with this. After a year of fading around with ww I seem to have the right frame of mind and I've lost 4lbs in the last 6 weeks. It's finally clicked that I need to plan really well and work out my points for dinner and work backwards. Hope everyone else has a good day

Morning, I'm not weighing this morning as I did yesterday, but did lots of walking yesterday and ate well, apart from a jam tart!
Stir fry for dinner tonight, soup for lunch and a banana and porridge smoothie for breakfast today, and lots of fruit!
I've lost nearly 9lbs overall so far, and my trousers are loose, but i don't think I look any different yet.

Catarina that will come - how much are you planning to loose?
I had a good day yesterday although 26PP doesnt seem like alot - I make healthy choices but they are still quite high points wise. Ho hum. Anyway todays plan:

Good to see the motivation back. I had a good day yesterday although I am getting a little obsessed with Popchips. Anyone else discovered them yet?!
1stbaby How many points is your food plan for today? That can't be anywhere near 26pp - the tuna and chicken will be high points but otherwise everything else is low isn't it?

Well done on your weight loss PB and CP you must just be less bloated today. Catarina you sound really motivated.
I dragged myself out of bed and attempted Level 1 of 6 week 6 pack. I've got the tail end of a cold so didn't push myself very hard at all. But I'm pleased I did it as ts getting me back into the exercise mindset and I've been so slack recently.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is chicken salad
Dinner is mackerel and chorizo and potatoes.

Cedar I'm just maintaining now. I've upped my carb intake and have allowed myself to pick and snack more if I fancy it. I had a Mcds and wine at the weekend yet still managed a 2lb loss. It's bizarre. I think the daily exercising is really helping.

Well done on the losses ladies, and it's great to see the motivation back again. After a hit and miss weekend, i've been back on it properly.

You all sound very motivated which I think is what I need some of!
Not sure what plan I am going to be following yet, can't face going back to WW yet but I might follow it online. I'm liking the fact that being ill and then the op I had have given me a starting point and remembering how nice it is to fit into clothes will hopefully spur me on to keep going. I still haven't eaten a meal really yet so I'm a bit worried about how I control that once I get going! The weight is still coming off, I've lost 5.5lbs since Friday night, in at 8st 3lbs this morning. I don't know what my target is, mostly a tone up I guess but to get to 8st would be amazing as its where I was in the summer.

Had a great fast day yesterday
Just eaten a cookie, and we're off out for lunch today for a colleagues birthday so not going to be a good day, but will try not to go over the top!

DD - You are the one that makes the choices, make good ones at the pub and you will see a loss this week.
Belle - Had to change my food as forgot tesco is coming tomorrow not today!
So today is
B:tea and banana 1pp
L: Tuscan bean soup 7pp will also have some tomatoes cucumber and pepper cut up 0pp
D: Going to try roasting a butternut squash and having with cous cous which sounds filling. WIll add some spice and herbs and works out at 4pp
Its low points but I will probably have some more cups of tea and friut and possibly a bar of choc tonight

1st Baby - I can't live on the 26pp a day, I can't eat what I want/feel happy with on that. I divide my weekly 49 extra points to give me 7 extra a day - so I work on 33 points. Today's menu gives me 28 points, so I have 5 left over to snack if I want, or to save if I want. It's the only way I can do it, otherwise it feels like a constant uphill struggle to me and I'd fail.

It seems so low doesnt it even thought I know fruit and veg is free, things like fish and chicken seem quite high to me.
I am going away this weekend so saving all my points for that but maybe from next week I might try splitting them up. x

Kellfi I was the same and struggled to eat 26pp a day. I'd have yoghurt 1 pp and apple for breakfast. Tea with skimmed milk literally a dribble and 1 sweetner. Lunch would be veg soup or salads or sucshi which were max 10pp then dinner would be veg stir fry or salad again. At weekends I'd have egg whites sausage and grilled toms.

Sounds like what I have Belle. I quite like Turkey Rashers though, they are 1 point for 2, have them with poached egg and a slice of WW bread for dinner sometimes

Didn't see this before I went, but I was good and had the steak salad with just a bit of the dressing (one of their healthier meals), diet coke, and no dessert!
