What do you think? Can anyone spot anything obviously crap?
i wouldn't normally share this as I don't like jinxing fate either way but hey. I'm in the mood to share.

It is beautiful I am very envious.

Oh I LOVE it! It's totally ready to move into, nothing's offensive. Big rooms, lovely girls room for P.

wow I love it. cooker seems in a weird place though... maybe thats just me!

Love it to, and would love the price!!!
The cooker does look strange but I am thinking that was to accomodate the radiator under the counter? all things that can eventually be changed/moved. everything looks clean, good colour schemes and modern.

Gosh its lovely, the main bedroom looks a bit cluttered with that big wooden furnture but obviously that is something you will change.
the cooker can be moved if it needs to be

Looks lovely, you can just move in and live there straight away without doing much to it!

It's lovely and wow what a great price! Great garden and nice big windows!

The price is very good for the area. It's now empty so I'm guessing its priced to sell as the owners have had to relocate. I'm parked outside already waiting until our appointment as I've driven up from Leeds back to the NE. It looks lovely from the front. On a hill but I can live with that.
It's lovely! I keep showing Mr GB houses up home and marvel at the prices
Had a good old nosey of the area on the map - feeling nostalgic!
30/11/2012 at 12:15
It is cheaper up here like. Although I can get more for my money in Leeds which is odd as it used to be more expensive. You should come back and join the NE massive GB.

really lovely! i wouldn't even get a 1bed flat round here for that price, and i don't even live in *that* nice an area!
hope it works out for you

Well it's tiny. In terms of floor space it's not vastly different to our current flat. The third 'bedroom' is really a study. You couldn't fit a single bed in there without ripping out the fitted cupboard and the reason the cooker is odd is that the kitchen is miniscule. Such a shame and the search continues. Maybe leave it until the new year now.

I can't see it boo
30/11/2012 at 14:56
Really?? The pictures are very deceptive of the space, makes it all look really big!!
ETA - they're going to end up with a lot of disappointed viewers!
30/11/2012 at 14:57
Really! The pics make it look nice and big! Sneaky photos.
Sadly, Silicon Ditch is where we need to be for Mr GBs job so down South is where we're destined to stay.

Do you have the room dimensions anywhere? Sometimes rooms look bigger/smaller than they actually are depending on the layout and/or current furniture in them
30/11/2012 at 15:34
I did wonder about the third bedroom, this was an issue in all the houses we looked at when first buying becuase we already had lauren I knew I wanted a baby so we needed three decent size rooms. we got our dream home in the end, just had to be patient x
30/11/2012 at 16:15
Ah that's a shame when it is deceptive. I had to keep pulling up the webpage with the measurements of our own home that we're selling and comparing it to ones we were shortlisting as so many of the photos made things look massive.

what a shame
