so whats everyone weekly goals?this week hubbys off work so we have lots of days out planned with picnics etc, so slightly trickier than if it was just me here.this weeks goals
- at least an hours walking a day
- attempt to not snack unhealthy in the evening ( she types having just eaten a sausage roll ops!)

My goals are similar to yours - exercise more and snack less especially in the evening after my mail meal.
Had a really good day yesterday, got nearly an hour of low impact exercise in and no snacking after 7PM. I'm using My Fitness Pal to track what I'm eating as I'm very bad for thinking to myself "Ah, that's not a bad snack" and then it spirals out of control! I didn't realise what a high content sugar diet I have though.... maybe I always knew but ignored it!

They sounds like good goals sleepy, months ago I was walking loads as it was the only way to get S to sleep and it was really paying off. Have up got healthy stuff to snack on in the evening?
I started the week on a mixed note! Did 2 hours walking yesterday and felt really good until a friend came round in the evening and we polished off a bottle of wine and half a dozen chocolate cookies each :( got dinner with friends Wednesday night so will have a look at the menu online and decide what looks healthiest in advance. My main goal is to do two exercise classes and go for a run once. Booked on to yoga Thursday night so just gotta check H's shifts to see when I can squeeze the other two in.

Tayto I've been using mfp, I've found it's the best thing, especially for helping you realise how much sugar and salt things contain. It's surprising!

My aim is not to eat junk food and eat healthily this week. Easier said than done as we are running our School of Rock summer school. Start of the week has been bad I had a bar of chocolate and a bag of crisps when loading the van with the PA today. Bad that I made a banana bread loaf on Sunday (banana's past it and can't bare binning things). Trying to move more i.e. walk etc will have to wait till after this week. Although did take son for a walk yesterday am.

Goals: MFP completed daily, go to SW and stay to group, lose 2lb, and as the walking has stopped due to our work... 3 separate, decent walks.

how is everybody getting on with their targets this week?
i have been taking part in a guilty silence!
had a lovely week with H off work, great days out but fish and chips and the beach, picnics at the parks and treating the kids to bella italia has deemed eating healthy this week a disaster! I have been alot though so i did complete the exercise target

Sorry I didn't get back to this sleepy. I did really well until about Friday - don't know why but I always do great at work and then as soon as I'm at home during the day time, any healthy eating goes out the window!

Decided to weigh myself shortly. Son decided he wanted a skipping rope yesterday and so was showing him what to do. I will be trying to do some skipping each day!!!

It was going so well!! Had a long picnic BBQ where 4 of us got through 6 bottles of wine and a fair bit of food. Tho' I did eat a lot of salad and skipped all bread except one tiny wholemeal roll. For me, that's an achievement. :) Weigh-in tomorrow afternoon. Could be interesting...
