Roll up roll up ladies....I'm back in the ZONE and ready to kick some butt!
Up at 6am to Shred this morning so I'm feeling good I had a cheeky glass of wine last night and some SUnbites but my dinner was only 300cals so that's allowed.
Today will be fruit for breakfast, not sure on lunch or dinner til the menus are released.

Well done Belle on getting back in the zone! What did you have for tea for it only to be 300 cals?
I had a good day yesterday eating wise then went to Zumba
Today the plan is
B - Weetabix
L - ham salad sandwich
T - fresh beef burgers with new potatoes, carrots, broccoli & fine beans
Snacks - fruit, lots of water
Oh and I weighed myself this morning and I'm still the same as I was last Friday which is great because I did have a few treats over the weekend.

I'm so jealous of your lunches belle, I would love to have a variety of food cooked for me every day! I'm not in the zone exercise wise as I haven't had a chance with the children around. Will try tonight. Diet wise I'm ok. Weighed myself at the docs and I'm 8stone4, I was 8,2 pre-preg so all the weight I wanted to keep has gone leaving 2lbs round my middle

Well done for getting up and back to it Belle, I wish I could!
I really need to start eating a bit better - although I'm not putting weight on, if I didn't eat so much I'd be losing. I know my thyroid is messing me up a bit, but I can't just use that excuse. I'm going to start today!!
B - porridge
L - soup, yogurt, french fries
D - steak and few chips and veg
S - fruit

It was a M&S ready meal Mossy, we totally couldn't be bothered to cook last night! Well done on staying the same.
LB 2lbs will go in to time I know how much of a struggle it is to exercise with kids though.

LB the last bit is soo hard to lose isn't it! I'm 3lb away from my goal but I will still need to tone up my tummy & love handles.
Yum Belle, M&S food is lovely.

That's exactly what it is mossy - flipping love handles. Why are the last few pounds the hardest, not fair *stamps feet*.

Morning ladies, I had a good day yesterday but messed up last night and had a few beers. I'll be better for the rest of the week but I do find it harder to diet and exercise when the kids are off and we aren't in a routine. Exercise wise Ive managed to get to the gym for the first time this week this morning and planning on going tomorrow after work, Friday and Saturday which isn't too bad.

SW you're doing well with all that exercise so I'm sure a few treats won't do you any harm.

Morning! I'm getting back into it after eating rubbish over the weekend and yesterday. I've set my aim to reach my 1 stone total loss by the beginning of July, which is when I go back to work (). I've got another 4lbs to go, which is doable, but I mustn't get distracted by bad food!

I need to get back to it. I've got a big pot of superspeed soup in the slow cooker for the next few days to hopefully get me back on track. I've been way off plan whilst i've been away, but who cares, i've been on holiday. We've walked a lot, so got lots of exercise, but i've eaten and drunk way more than i should have done.
Back to class tomorrow night for weigh in to see what the damage is, and back to zumba tonight. I've got race for life in 2 weeks time, so i need to up my fitness routine a bit otherwise i'll konk out within a km.
I've got about 6 weeks until i turn 30, and so i'd like to move as much weight as possible before then.
