Morning all. How did everyone's get on yesterday? I was good on the food front except I pretty much ate a whole pineapple! I was starving all day. Went for a brisk 2.5 mile walk with my horse last night. Today I have 6 week check first thing and physio for my abs at midday so not sure when i'll fit in a run. Metafit instructor said I can't go until 12 weeks which is annoying so i'll have to restart my gun membership and get them to do me a new programme.
B: fruit and fibre
L: salmon and prawn salad
D: quorn sausages, eggs and baked beans

Can't believe you're annoyed at not being able to do metafit I'd use every excuse I could find to avoid it
Well today isn't going to be a good one for me, I won't pretend it is.
B - fruit
L - soup and bread
D - pizza express, will get a leggera pizza though
S - French martinis and vodka soda and lime cos it's Robbie day today!!
E - walking around Glasgow, dancing

I am getting on ok although thinking i might have to join ww on Monday to keep me on the straight and narrow!

Weekender I want your diet today!
I had a good day yesterday - logged everything and was under on calories. Today not much chance of exercising.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit.
Lunch is feta cheese salad and fruit
Dinner is turkey with tabbouleh (sp)
Have a good day everyone. Nice to see we're sounding motivated.

Wh- sounds like you are doing fab, just don't push yourself too hard! Hope 6 week check all goes well though
Weekender- Robbie deserves treats- I won't even pretend that in not jealous! I love Robbie!
Mm- have you tried my fitness pal? I use that to track food and keep me good!
I had a good day, although was quite hungry in the afternoon. Did some extra walking although didn't map it as found buggy fit quite easy. I'm going to try an indoor class tomorrow and see what I think of that
D-pasta and quorn as had chicken kebabs and baked potato yesterday
S- fruit and cereal bar
Exercise, day 3 of challenges I don't need to do anything today but might try a walk depending on what time my mum pops over

Weekender - enjoy Robbie day
Food wise, i'm doing ok, but i'm pretty sure I will have put on this week. I'm eating normally now i'm not feeling ill and I don't think that the 5lb off was true.
B - toast with boiled egg, juice
L - chilli (no rice), muller light
D - haven't got a clue, I need to go shopping, possibly, chicken and cous cous, but I've not got any veggies or anything in so not sure where i'm going to get my super speed foods from.
Zumba tonight, which i'm looking forward to, I've not been for about 6 weeks so i'll probably hurt tomorrow.

Morning, I didn't have such a good night l ended up skipping tea and replacing it with some beers then h came in with a pizza and I had 2 small slices of that, very disappointed in myself. I'm just at the gym now trying to undo some of the damage. So far - 20 min run, 30 mins stepper and 20 mins bike. We are going out for a walk this afternoon so that should burn some calories as well.
