How we doing girls?
Yesterday was an epic fail for me, caramel cupcake for breakfast, lentil stew for lnch followed by 6 Cadbury Roses, then a chicken kebab for dinner.
Today I've had yoghurt for breakfast, got lentil stew for lunch, and dinner I think is chicken wraps or M&S Fuller for longer cod bahji.

Morning, I seem to have lost all motivation this week, me and H both off work so have been drinking and snacking. I've still been going to the gym so hopefully thats rectifying some of the badness. B - slice of toast, l - sandwich, d - homemade soup.

SW and belle - don't worry about a bad day or few days! Just get back on track and you will be fine.
I weighed in last night and lost 4lb so I'm pleased with that :)
B - toast
L - butternut squash soup
D - home made chicken kievs with roasties and baby sweet corn
S - yoghurt, banana and go ahead bar

Belle - Honestly, that doesnt sounds that bad! If you input it into mfp I bet youd be under calories for the day!

SW - Damn these husbands with time off - I am the same when H is home.
Yesterday was ok for me, although I am so bored of the gym, need to find my mojo again for exercise.
L: Tuscan bean soup of the delivery arrives soon as I am hank!
D: Meatballs and spaghetti I think
S: Fruit and must remember more water!

Belle that doesn't sound too awful, are you following any plan? I know that chicken kebabs on weight watchers are actually pretty good.

Sow white this is what I find hard, when we are in all the time. This snow has left me housebound which makes me want t eat all day long.

It's weigh in day for me tonight, hope it goes ok. I'm feeling pretty positive as I feel I've tried hard this week going back to weight watchers and my clothes feel looser which must be good right? Just wish I could get some more walking in!

Belle, I'm godparent to my sister's baby so want to try and get under 12st for that in 5 weeks time. After that I'll just see how I go, ideally by Easter I'll be 11.7.

SW - How much do you need to lose to get to the 12?
Pip - welcome back. I'm loosely following WW. I joined them for 3months last year and lost almost a stone. I then stopped going to classes but loosely followed their plan and had a 2stone loss by Christmas. I then gained again and am back on it.

1stbaby - I'm doing the new extra easy plan on slimming world. It's really easy and I'm enjoying eating more variety and trying the recipes.
Slimming worlds sticky chicken is lovely!!

I've done not too badly today although did have a small piece of cake to celebrate someone's birthday this afternoon. Will have to run around like mad tomorrow to make up for it in time for weigh in on Friday.

Evening ladies, been at work today. Got a stinking cold, which is making me want to comfort eat but I'm trying to resist! Going to have a nice soak in the bath soon, can't reach the fridge from there
