More chocolates will be consumed today as we didn't finish them yesterday. I'm having sushi or ramen for lunch and veg stir fry for dinner. Will shred later too. Will be day 17 I think.

Well done fifi and kellfi, you've both done really well!
Chids - how are you getting on with SW?
I've lost another 1lb so that's half a stone gone, pleased with that :)
13/02/2013 at 14:37
Kellfi and Dolly, well done to you both.
Dolly - i'm finding slimming world ok. I had a bad day sunday as i was at a christening, and it was all buffet food, and not SW friendly, so, i'm trying to stay as syn free as possible for the rest of the week in the hope that it helps. I don't want to be the only person who puts on in their first week.
I'm loving trying the new recipies. My sister has been making syn free crisps, so i've been trying them. I love having a snack at night when watching the TV and these fill the need. Basically you cut a potato really thinly, spray a plate with fry light, and then place the potato on the plate. Spray the potato with fry light and then zap them in the microwave for about 5 mins. When they've cooled i put them in a tupper ware with a bit of salt and pepper, they're lovely.
I also made syn free chicken fried rice on friday night, it was lovely, as nice as from the chinese. I had tons of it.
I'm not getting hungry, as the pasta and bread i'm eating is wholemeal, and i'm finding it fills me up longer.
I just hope it shows on the scales tomorrow night.

By the sounds of it your doing great!!
I will try those crisps, they sound yummy.
You can do success exspress for a few days if you have had a bad few days. It's in the book.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow night.
