Morning ladies, how are you getting on this week. I'm feeling really good after 3 really good days, no alcohol and lots of exercise.
I'm at work today so no temptations. I'll be doing 6w6p tonight as I can't get to the gym with H being nightshift tonight. I did it last night and my sides are aching a bit today.
B - Go Ahead bar.
L - Soup and grapes.
D - Ready meal.

Good morning' sorry not been on for a while!
Getting on ok. Slowly. I'm 12st 13 now. I don't feel much different though!
Went out for a meal last night and had a salad but then had candy floss for dessert so going to be good this week.
Hope everyone's getting on ok.

For me I have been very strict this week, feeling quite proud, just hope I can keep it up. I'm allowing myself teeny treats when I crave chocolate ie.leftover eggs from Easter! Last night was the first evening I haven't sat and binged in a LONG time.

L - pitta and ham salad
D - spaghetti bolognese

Well I'm still sticking to my detox but feeling crap today, full of bloody cold and blocked hurty ears - it's sooo hard not to give in and eat some comfort food but I haven't given in - yet! I really need to stay strong today and avoid temptation.
B - cup of tea and a banana
L - chicken salad
T - fish and veg.
Lots of water!

LB well done on sticking with it.
MossyE resist the temptation because if your full of cold you wont be able to taste anything properly anyway so it will be a waste and make you feel even more crap.

Thanks SW I need the extra encouragement today, I'm so hungry and have just eaten a pear, apple and kiwi in the hope that takes the edge off! Not the same as a pack of crisps though lol.

great day for me yetserday, was well under calories and did an hours tennis as well (well chasing around balls that I missed - it'll take more than a few lessons to turn me into Venus Williams )
today not so good....
started well - cereal bar for breakfast, then had two cream crackers with butter mid morning which since my food plan for today brought me in under calories wasn't a disaster. lunch was a chicken and chorizo rice pot thing from asda and I was STARVING after it! Had an apple, still hungry so ended up with a crunchie. hmm. Dinner is thai salmon burgers with salad, so not too bad and I'm going running and to do 6w6p too, so should still end up under calories....I hope....
off for more water in an attempt to fill me up and stave off my headache that I can feel starting that I fear will ONLY go away with the help of more chocolate.
Hope everyone else is doing better than me! Must plan my food better for tomorrow, and have something more filling.
