How we getting on girls? A lot of us were back in the zone this week, I hope you are all keeping it up?
I'm on a roll with my exercises now, not sure what day I'm at, maybe 27/28 with the Shred - it's just normal for me to do half hour whilst L is chilling in front of the tv of an evening. I bought some actual weights at the weekend as I'd been using filled water bottles and boy can I feel the difference!
I'm off out to Gauchos this evening so will eat very little today to make up for the fook off steak I'll be having later

I'm still doing ok, I was a little over my calories yesterday but it's another fast day today.
I'll be having a tin of soup for lunch, and chicken breast with bean sprouts for dinner - I'd much prefer your steak Belle!!

Morning Belle, well done on keeping up with the exercise. I've had a rubbish couple of days with food/drink but did loads of exercise yesterday. Definitely back on track today.

had a good day yesterday, and i'm trying to stay on track today so that for weigh in tomorrow it's not too disasterous after my weekend of over indulging. Then from thursday after weigh in i'm on a new week, and i'm still hoping i might manage my stone before the end of March.
B - 1 wholemeal toast, with bacon and chopped tomatos
L - SW chicken fried rice
D - Not sure yet, there's not much in as i to go food shopping, possibly pasta.

I'm really trying to keep on the wagon this week. I'm finding it hard to keep motivated though I've lost a lb so far this week, just need to focus and not get tempted by sugary stuff.

D - Vegetarian pizza and salad.
