Wide awake here, stupid nights, stupid body clock!
how are you all? I have so much to do today (ppi claims, buy Ls bday present, tidy the upstairs, go and see my friends baby, finish the washing)
b-yoghurt and oatbran
l- mackerel salad
t- chicken curry (rice and naan for everyone but me)

Morning CP sorry you were up quite so early today. I didn't want to get out of my nice warm bed this morning!
I had a good day yesterday - resisted snacking and red wine. Today I'm at work and will be busy so that should help.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will be salad and fruit
Dinner will be leftover bean stew from yesterday.

It's the week before my period so I'm craving more foods than normal. I snacked again yesterday but I'm not going to go mad over it.
Today is usual breakfast & soup for lunch then we've got chicken wraps for dinner.

I have a selection of WW food at work for breakfast and lunch. Tonight, I willl either have a ready meal or 3 turkey rashers, 2 poached eggs and a slice of WW bread - 8 points
I have just came on as well, but feeling strangely motivated lol

Still feeling rough after chest infection (finished antibiotics saturday) I'm just so tired and drained :( I haven't had chance to weigh myself but I have been good and using my fitness pal. I have stayed within calories each day.
B: Cereal and tea
L: Chicken pita and yoghurt
D: Buritos with only a small amount of cheese and sauces
Snacks: Fruit and crackers
I have been walking to and from school pretty much everyday as its a nightmare to park so there and back 3 times is adding up.

Elle - last summer during the olympics I made a point of avoiding the tube in London so I walked to and from the office. That 40min power walk a day over 6 weeks amde a huge difference to my body shape. When the weather warms up I'll be doing the same again.

I'm doing ok, another good day yesterday and resisted cream cakes at work for a second day running (two birthdays in the office on Monday so they've both bought cakes in one day after the other) - just a little slip with a couple of chocolates last night. AF has finally arrived after it seeming like it was going to be coming for almost two weeks now, not liking this change in PMT symptoms lasting for so long!!
B - lemon cake
L - pork steak, ham slices, fish sticks and extra light philly, yogurt
S - yogurt
D - ?? (need to get something from the shop), jelly and yogurt

Was within calories yesterday and went to bed early as shattered. G was awake between 5am and 6:30am this morning so I fell back to sleep and had a mad rush this morning. Today I want to just rest and chill.
D: Fish and veg
May avoid the gym, see how I feel later.
Belle - AF is to blame for the snacking, dont beat yourself up, just try to have healthy snacks to snack on when AF is due in future.
CP - Damn body clock - are you missing carbs yet?
DD - Well done, I can feel a good loss for you this week as you are doing great.
Elle - Hope you feel better soon.
Cedar - Bean stew sounds lush. I am going to try to do a 3 bean chilli this weekend.

I joined SW last night so thought i would have a look whats going on in here!
Looks like everyone is doing really well so if you don't mind can I join in?
I really felt like I needed to something about my weight before Xmas but didn't want to start when I knew I'd struggle and just fail!
So, fresh start and here I am!
Breakfast - I had 4 poached eggs with a piece of toast.
Going to go shopping later so I will have some more choice!
Starting weight 14stone 3lb *cry* I'm so ashamed I've done this to my body but I am going to try!
Swimming tomorrow night also.

I had 4 small poached eggs *embarrassed face*
They are free on slimming world so you can have as many as you like, I had it at 11.30 so won't have anything else until tea time now.

You read 4 poached eggs and you think, what? I couldn't eat that many. I can just about manage one egg, but if they are free on your plan then it makes sense to fill up on them.

The eggs were all i had in that were syn free for breakfast so I thought better to fill up on them than get hungry and start to pick on biscuits.

You don't think 4 eggs is a bit much in general is what I'm saying. I don't know anyone who could eat 4 eggs, it seems excessive. 2 eggs, yes, but 4 no. Which is why I was thinking woah 4 eggs?!

if I'm having scrambled egg I usually have it with 3 eggs, I could easily have 4 , I can't do poached eggs, I can't seem to get the yolk right

On late today but Hi all. This is my non working day but have managed to stick to a banana, ham roll and pack of snack a jacks so far so quite pleased with that. Away with work all day tomorrow so need to avoid any high point convenience food then will weigh in a day late on Friday.
I love eggs but have never eaten 4 in one go, will need to google SW and see how it all works as I am nosey.

evening all, late to it, been a hectic day! been ok and under points, just, so I'm happy with that. Just need to get motivated to start exercising now, really need to do it first thing but I like my bed too much! Shall work on that though, one step at a time etc hope everyone is having a nice snack free evening!
