I have lost exactly a stone now so I'm really pleased this morning. Hitting this milestone has made me feel much more motivated so I'm hoping for another loss by Friday. I wasn't able to get my walk in yesterday as the kids were ill, but I might give it a go today as they seem much better.
B - weetabix
L - Sushi
D - Kale and mushroom lasagne (sounds rank but it's very nice and low in calories)
I hope you all have a good day.

Well done Dumblespud on getting to a stone lost. You must be pleased.
I am having a mixed week so far. Was OK on Monday, yesterday went out for lunch and think it was OK overall. Haven't had time to exercise though as we are having our boiler replaced and the house is a tip and there's not much hot water so no chance of a post exercise shower. I seem to have spent the last couple of evenings coming home from work and then trying to clean up after the plumber - the dust and dirt gets everywhere and I'm only sweeping up the worst of it!
Anyway that turned into a bit of a rant. So I'm not sure whether I'm doing OK overall or not this week. But will keep plodding along.
Today I had cereal and fruit for breakfast
Lunch will be salad and fruit
Dinner will be greek salad (finally managed to meal plan a salad on a warm day )
Have a good day everyone.

Well done DS! Cedar I'm just plodding along as well. It's so hot and humid here that the thought of exercise makes me melt. I will do ripped in 30 tonight though, H's football got in the way last night (as well as a vodka). Food wise I've been ok ish.

Afternoon ladies. Well as AF turned up yesterday and I've no excuses I'm back with you all (again)
DS, well done on getting to the stone
Cedar, urgh to the mess, hope they are finished soon!
LB, I'm planning to do ripped in 30 tonight too, I prefer it to shred
Todays plan for me is:
B - bacon and egg
L - salad with pastrami and couscous
D - salmon, new potatoes and veg
S - got a fruit salad at work with me
Exercise will be ripped in 30, then starting the Abs and Squat 30 day challenge, so I'm all set for that!
Hope everyone else is having a good day x

I didn't manage to shred last night as L wouldn't go down but once he was in bed I did the squat & ab challenges so that's something.

Hope everyone is being good!
L- pesto pasta and mozerella plus lots of salad
D-chicken, baked potato and veg
Exercise- I walked 4 and half miles to and from post natel class, have done 50 sit ups and some other ab work. Does anyone have a link to the challenges you are using? Feel like I need to follow a plan
I really fancy something sweet at the moment but I will resist, I really want my new party dress!

Hey Happy Feet, this is the Abs challenge there's a squat challenge one in there too if you follow the link
CP, don't you have to do something to a chiminea before you can use it? Put sand in it or something?? Or I could be making it up but if so it'd get rid of the thoughts of sitting round it with a bottle/box of wine
AFM, well I've been at the docs this afternoon, I've got an infected mozzy bite it's bloody awful and my leg is a bit swollen. But got anti-bs and a steroid cream, came home and did ripped in 30 and day 1 of the abs and squats challenges and I feel GOOD!
Off for a quick shower before I make the tea and H gets back with M from swimming lessons!
