Morning ladies, how are you getting on this week? I had another good day yesterday, I had a very small piece of Js birthday cake but was still well within calories. I'm just sitting outside the gym waiting for that to open. B - tea, l - ham salad in pitta bread, d - chicken enchiladas.
I am not good and not bad. Going to go to WW today, so will be having a fat day haha.

I had a good day yesterday, counted all my calories on MFP and was within them and resisted snacking in the evening which has been my downfall just recently. My aim is to make sure I log everything again on MFP as I've been getting lazy recently and then the amount I eat starts to creep up.
At work today so will be trying to avoid the snacks in the office and get out for a walk at lunch time.
Breakfast was fruit and yoghurt
Lunch is a sandwich and nuts
Dinner is salmon and veggies

I managed to shred last night! WooHoo! So pleased. I'm walking 20mins in the mornings so if I can manage at leats 3 times a week of exercise in the evening I'll be happy.
Off to STK for lunch oday, I'm gonna fill my face with food (but not wine). Can't frickin wait!

I was bad yesterday. I made a lemon syrup cake and ate some. Well, a lot actually. I wasn't going to go to the gym as I was shattered, but I did to try to counteract the cake! I;ve got a bad weekend coming up for Evie's birthday and possibly a boozey party in the evening, so gotta be strict these next 3 days.

Afternoon ladies, at work today so just nipping on at lunch. Yesterday was fine till I made fairy cakes with M then couldn't resist trying them, oh well. I did well apart from that though and I went swimming last night so got some exercise in.
B - cereal bar
L - baked potato
D - sausages and mash
Quite carb heavy but I'm running this evening before tea so need something to keep my energy levels up till about 7pm.
Snacks are fruit.
Going to do six week six pack after running too, did it on Monday and my arms and tummy still hurt today!
3 weeks and 5 days till holiday, so need to be on my best behaviour!
Lots of us seem to be in the exercise mood at the mo which is fab, all helps!

I was really good yesterday, well within my cals on MFP and did an hour 15 mins of Zumba!! Was seriously sweating!

I have lost 1 lb, so have broken the stone lost yay. 14.5 for me. 0.5 for their target for me. I am going to try and smash that this week and go for 3 lbs or something then set it at that. Free WW yay

Thanks Weekender yes I did really enjoy it, definitely worked some cals off I was sweating the whole way through and it actually lasted an hour and 15 mins so was a really good workout. No aches today thankfully.
