I've managed to get into the dieting easily again after the weekend so I'm pleased about that. I've just got to watch the extras that get added into cooking (oils, etc) as they'll bump my calories up.
B - Weetabix
L - Ryvita with a nice topping, banana.
D - gnocchi with a vegetable sauce and Quorn meatballs.

Morning DS, glad you are getting back in the swing of things
Yesterday was a good day here, even went running which wasn't planned.
B - tea, cereal bar
L - tbd
D - homemade burgers with salad
S - fruit
E - none, am knackered and I'm working today so planning an early night. Starting tennis lessons tomorrow night so saving myself for then
Off go work so not likely to get back on, have a good day all x

Started picking at work yesterday - there were treats brought back from someone's holiday. So not an oustanding day for me. Today I'm interviewing all morning so that will stop me!
Going to make sure I log everything on MFP I've got a bit slack about it recently. It does help me stay on track.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is cheese salad and fruit
Dinner is beef stir fry and noodles.

Morning, I did well meal wise yesterday but then had a mars bar, bueno and bounty ice cream gah!
B - bran flakes
L - cheese on toast
D - chilli with brown rice
E - hoping to find time to do shred or 6w6p but it might just be walking to and from football class with N.

I'm just going for damage limitation for the rest of the week until weigh in tomorrow night
B - Omelette with mushrooms
L - Left overs salad
D - Chicken with Salad & home made potato salad
Tonight i've got zumba, so i'm hoping to dance a few calories away there.

Pleased to report a good day yesterday - picked at a couple of biscuits but overall very good. I got up to shred this morning and have even added a 20 min walk onto my journey into work. Feeling in the zone again

snacks plum and a biscuit
This week I got distracted by a tub of chocolate philly so I've no idea if I'll have a loss tonight!
