Where are we all? Hope we are all still on track and heading for a loss on Friday/Monday whenever you weigh in!
My dinner of beef thai stir fry last night was lush, but am going to try it again tonight with chicken and tweak a couple of things to see if I can better it.
I'm feeling much more confident already and my jeans feel better.

Well done 1st baby, it's great when our clothes feel better isn't it?
I'm doing ok at the moment, last night i made a syn free pizza which was delicious. I'll definately be doing that again.
B - 2 toast, with 2 boiled eggs
L - Syn free chicken curry & rice
D - Possibly an omlette later as i'm going to zumba tonight so as i've nothing prepared i want something quick
S - mango, and possibly a mugshot to keep me going before zumba as i won't be getting any dinner until about half 8 tonight.

Oo tell me about the pizza Chids...how did you make it?
I am really enjoying trying new recipes, I am getting my cooking mojo back again.

You make the base with smash, and bake it in the oven until it goes crispy like a pizza base. Then you can just fill it with loads of free toppings, so last night i put bacon, mushrooms, beans and then some low fat cheddar which was free as i'd not had my dairy portion for the day.

Morning, I had another good day yesterday. Been to the gym this morning and had a good work out. I'm hoping the scales will be kind to me on Friday as I had 2 weeks of being really naughty and not weighing in, a sts would be great but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Morning. I am not having a good week and its only going to get worse as we go into the Easter Weekend. Will try harder next week. Pleased some of you are feeling a bit more motivated than I am.
Today I've had cereal and fruit for breakfast
Lunch will be a sandwich
Dinner is turkey and ginger broth and a fishcake. Which sounds like a weird combination but there's not really enough of the broth left from yesterday for a whole meal on its own and the fishcakes were the planned option for today.

1st baby - that's why i'm loving slimming world, i really don't feel like i'm dieting, i'm just changing how i'm cooking things, and the weight is coming off. It probably took me about 6 months to lose 11lb on WW, and i've done it in 6 weeks on slimming world.

Im kinda all over the place with my new job late home etc. I've been eating tons of fruit as its supplied by company. We have an in house cook and lunch is served by butlers! Monday i had smoke salmon prawns and makerel with salad and yesterday was swordfish steak with roasted new pots and an aubergine and tom sauce. I've come out today for an itsu potsu but it not all that. I miss my ramen! Im desperate to start shredding again but am so tired i can't get up in mornings and evenings are a write off. I get 50% off gym here so gonna look into a class during lunch.

I lost 2lb, thats me at 13 now. 8 til WW target, but I want to go a bit lower than that
