How we all feeling, 2 days til weigh in for many of you.
Food wise I was good yesterday, picked a little when I got home but I'm allowing myself these little bits. Day 21 of the 30ds completed last night. 9 days to go then onto 6week6pack. I will have that bikini body for holiday!

The 6 week 6 pack sounds good! Mine would be a 6 year 6 pack!
I was really naughty last week and had KFC, Chinese, had a meal out for valentines with sticky toffee pudding so I was sure I would of gained but miracles happen and I stayed the same! I'm back on it this week though and I'm being really good. I'm pleased I've got my half stone certificate though so that's given me a boost!

Afm sorry haven't been on much. Big R has been very poorly. I lost 3lbs last week but that was more from eating rubbish and then nothing whilst in hospital. Trying to stay on track this week but I'm so tired I'm struggling. Anyways sorry for being a rubbish poster of late!pj xx

I'm having a fast day today as I've got eating out plans thurs and fri.
I'm having nothing for brekkie, an egg salad for lunch and soup for tea. Keep looking at the sugar free jellies as I'm allowed those but I think I'd rather just have a glass of squash!

Dolly - Well done on staying the same after a bad week.
PJ - Big hugs, sounds like a tough time for you at the moment. Well done on the 3lb loss last week. You're not a rubbish poster, life doesn't revolve around MD
Me - I'm ok. I found myself eating a few too many malted milk biscuits yesterday which was naughty. So i went over my syns, i'm going to combat that today by hardly having any syns, and by doing exercise and hopefully i won't show up too bad on the scales. Tomorrow we're off to TGI fridays' for lunch as it's H's birthday. I love TGIs but it's weigh in day and so i'm going to have to choose wisely.
B - 1 wholemeal toast, 2 boiled eggs, 1 milky coffee
S - Blue Riband choc bar
L - chicken Salad and syn free veg pakoras
S - Mugshot
D - Chicken breast wrapped in bacon with new potatos, baby sweetcorn and carrots
Today i've walked to work, which takes about 25 mins, and then tonight i'm doing 1hour zumba.

Beez - good luck on your fast day :o)
Beez - Can you recommend I good book to read on fasting? I would like to try it. I am 5lb off my 2st weight lose and finding it harder to shift so would like to try something new. I will keep on going with that I'm doing but would like to read up on some other ways. R was taken in last saturday night, we got discharged on valentines day. Which felt like forever. He had a chest infection (which sounds simple) but he needed help with his breathing . Was by far the worst week of my life. But hes home now and being a monkey again which is the main thing. Belle - had to cancel the butlins trip, thanks for all your advice but never got to go as he was poorly! hoping we can claim money back with insurance but sure that will be a right pain!

Childs - you are always so good at meal planning. I had special K for dinner last night I was shattered and had already cooked for R and H didnt want a big meal as he was out for lunch yesterday! Really need to be better at meal planning!

Morning, I was naughty yesterday and drank a few too many buds but I ate well and did loads of cardio at the gym so not too worried that it will affect weigh in. Back on track today and not weighing in until Sunday which will keep me on track over the weekend.

Well done all. I've had a busy few days and struggled to get online. I couldnt get to weigh in last night as my boy is under the weather with teethjng and really bad nappy rash... I' lacking sleep and hope I dont make bad food choicea today.

Was ok yesterday food wise, didn't snack too much. A fast day for me today though, so food will be:
B - nothing
L - soup
D - chicken, beansprouts and noodles, sf jelly
PJ - I've read both of these books on the fast diet, and they're both good

Everyone is doing so well. I've signed back up to Dance classes twice a week, need to get fitter!
B- Banana and grapes
L- Yoghurt and blueberries
D- Steak & veggies with cheesecake for pudding (I'm treating my husband to a romantic night as M is 9 weeks old and that's a long time to be deprived of sex! I'll be working the cheesecake off then...)

morning, sorry I am late coming onto this, so busy at work and no time for personals
Yesterday was a good day for me, only used 2 syns total and we had a day out to the seaside with the children plus dinner out so very proud of myself, even resisted hot sugar doughnuts which I love!
Today I will hopefully be going to Zumba tonight for a double session so 2 hours, food wise I will report yesterday and today!
B- Weetabix and boiled egg
L - fruit and yogurt
D - Harvester chicken and steak with jacket potatos and free salad
L - pea and ham soup
D - gammon with egg and homemade chips
S - fruit and yogurt
