Well done for a good day Nala.
I logged everything in myfitnesspal yesterday for the first time and I love it. Apparantly I was under calories but I don't think I was, I think I need to log everything and then adjust it. Had a fab workout at the gym, feeling really motivated. Will hopefully see a good loss on Monday - plan is it will keep me being good over the weekend. Planning to go to the local farm shop saturday to stock up on fruit and veg to snack on.
L: Cheese roll and salad
D: Fish and vegetables
S: Tea. water, fruit

Myfitnesspal is fab. I used it before Christmas. Really helped. Must start doing it again.

Morning. I had a good day yesterday overall. We've nearly eaten all the Christmas cake at home now so that will be one less temptation! On my way into work right now. Will go for a walk at lunchtime to get some exercise.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is mushroom spaghetti
I got a healthy eating cook book for Christmas so we're going to be trying out some new recipes at home. I need to work out how many calories are in them so that I know how 'healthy' they are. Last night we had fish stuffed with feta cheese, spring onions and capers with mushrooms and tomatoes. It was really tasty.

Morning. I had a good day yesterday. Worked hard in the gym then went for a 2 hour walk in the afternoon. Going for a long run with h this morning, it's over the hills and cliffs so will be really hard but should burn a good amount of calories. Wish me luck!

Morning, this is me on my first day. I don't eat breakfast ever, so think that I am going to have a packet of snack a jacks sometime in the morning, for lunch, I will have a salad box with plain chicken, have no idea for dinner, might go and buy a WW ready meal. I have a big diet food shop coming on Friday, so I am just finding stuff in the house at the moment lol

Morning is it ok if I join?
I weighed myself on Monday and I'm disgusting :( I feel pants! I have 12lb to loose to get back to my ideal weight (where I feel good and comfy). I'm just getting over a chest infection so not excercising until Monday to make sure its properly out of my system. I really really struggle with lunch. I'm a stay at home mom at the minute and I find I have sandwich/crisps most days which is just boring and not particularly healthy. Any ideas? What does everyone have? I'm also on my fitness pal and just generally eating healthier and excercising from next week.
B:banana and cereal
L: egg and 1 slice of toast
D: Hairy bikers chilli salad bowls
Lots of water, green tea and a few cups of normal tea
Have a great day everyone xx

Elle I try and avoid bread as a sandwich is never enough, it's always followed by crisps and a fizzy drink. So for lunches I try and have soup, sushi or salad. It's hard being a SAHM as I'd end up picking all day long. What do your kids have?

Belle, my eldest is at school and my daughter has sandwich, pasta, beans in toast or omelette with fruit/yoghurt. I'm just stuck in a rut with my eating habits. I'm quite fussy (don't like salad just cucumber but like all fruit/veg) . A sandwich is never enough. I don't want crisps but feel like I should to bulk out a meal iyswim? What sort of soups do you have? Are they homemade? Xx

Omlettes are good and low fat, or scrambled egg - I do just whites as that what the slebs do and it's meant to be healthier.
I've just started getting into making soup. I live on spicy carrot & coriander as it's virtually fat free. 450g carrots, small onion, small potato, coriander powder, chilli powder, 1lt veg stock.Boil, simmer for about 45mins then blend and add fresh coriander. I'm doing WW and it's something silly like 1point per serving. I also have leftovers for lunch so if I do veg stir fry I'll cook extra and bring into work the next day.

Yay for a busy thread this early on - means we are all motivated to getting this weight off!
Belle - Not too bad snacking wise - I'm the same, have a spoonful of pasta or whatever! Thats my biggest downfall.
Cedar - Keeping recipes interesting are what keeps the motivation there, we are trying to be a bit more adventurous here.
SW - I so wish I could run - that sounds lovely!
Kellfi - I have fruit and yoghurt for breakfast sometimes.
DD - Yay for sticking with it!
Ellebumblebee - Welcome - 12lbs is nothing - what plan are you following? I've just started having sandwiches as they are easy, but I often have a jacket spud, salad, wrap, or soup. There are tons of options, think outside of the box!

Is there a list of what people want to lose? I think that there was one on Hitched.
Yeah 1stBaby runs the chart. You putting down your details?
09/01/2013 at 10:06
No, I am not letting anyone know how fat I am haha. I will put down what I lose (if I do) though lol
09/01/2013 at 10:22
You are funny. We're all in this together.
09/01/2013 at 10:26
I won't even tell my mum what weight I am. The only people that know are M and the WW leader
09/01/2013 at 10:32
Considering you don't have too much to lose, you can't weigh that much Kellfi.
Hardly anyone knows how much I weigh, don't mind sharing on here and a couple of close friends who are also always on a diet, but I don't even tell MrDD since he doesn't weigh that much more!
