Well done Margot. I'm doing ok, not great but not terrible. I'm kind of flogging a dead horse diet wise at the minute. I'm thinking as long as I keep up with the exercise and being good when I can then I should be ok, just damage limitation really but I'm going to enjoy the next few weeks and get back on track in Jan. This time last year I was nearly 2st heavier than I am now and feel so much better in myself. Had a good session at the gym this morning and can really feel it now.

Margot i think any loss this time of year is a bonus! My sw leader often reminds us half a pound is 4 sausages worth of fat so well done!!

I weighed in this morning and lost half a pound too which quite frankly is a miracle!!

Well done on your loss MM, like I tell myself a loss is a loss, and half a pound is half a pound closer to goal.
SW, your plan sounds like a good one and I'm sure you will stick at it. Two stone is fantastic, well done!
I had two mince pies for lunch, they were lovely! Going to deliver Christmas cards round the village on the way to school which will keep me active.
