Morning everyone!! I'm still in the zone! Kept well within my calories yesterday. No exercise though. I was knackered yesterday afternoon/evening and had zero energy, think it's a side effect from cutting out all the crap!!
Today will be: -
B - fat free yoghurt with banana
L - Ham salad
T - sausages and veg

I had a good day yesterday but again went down hill last night by having a few beers but was good food wise. I need to stop buying booze and pretending its going to be for Christmas, its not lasting and we keep cracking it open - very naughty.
H at work today so no bad influence hanging around. I've been to the gym this morning then going for the rest of my Christmas shopping this afternoon so lots of walking.

Frankie, sounds like you are doing really well - know what you mean about the lack of energy though, I think it must take your body time to realise that it's not being fuelled by sugar and fat.
SW, enjoy the shopping - best kind of exercise!
Good day here - 1.4lb off when I weighed in this morning and then a run with my dad which was really good. Having smoked salmon risotto for dinner tonight which is low in points so plenty for a treat tonight. Will be saving my weekly points to eat lots of Joshua's birthday cake on Sunday and Monday!

arghhhh! I wasted another week. Not stuck to the plan and it's weigh in tonight. Will hopefully have stayed the same at least. Only need to loose another 10 lbs. why do I test myself with crap?
