    Morning

    How are you getting on this week?  I've been pretty rubbish so far, too many treats in the house that I'm not resisting.  I was good up until last night then kept picking at the tin of Celebrations and Roses.  I must be better.

    Today I'm at work so should be a good day.  I'm off to the gym as soon as I've finished.  I'm going to put the sweets out of sight tonight so I'm not tempted.

    B - Fruit

    L - Cuppa soup and fruit

    D - Chicken and leak pasta bake

    Hmm yesterday was so so. I had about 10 homemade Florentines throughout the day - they were so gooood! But apart from that is was healthy food and fruit. I did 100 sit ups and 80 squats before my legs turned to jelly so it's a start.

    What are Florentines?

    Well done on the exercise, I haven't been to the gym since Sunday but did a work out at home on Monday and can still feel my muscles aching today.

    Another 2.8 lbs of here today, now 12st 1.4 lb so hoping to get under 12 next week. Of for a run thismorning and peek, butternut squash and bean stew for dinner.

    This time of year is so hard with all the treats hanging around isn't it!

    Well done on your loss Margot

    I've not run since my race on Sunday but am definitely going out tonight.  SW can you please update my weight to 11.4 and please put my new target to 10. 7.5 please.

    Well done to those who've lost this week.

    I've eaten so many treats its ridiculous! But I've been for a swim today which should help burn off a few of the calories eaten and I do feel better for it.

    It gets harder as Christmas gets nearer doesn't it?
