Morning, how are we all getting on this week?
I had a good day yesterday, after doing my 2 classes I am so sore, it hurts to get up and down and climbing the stairs is torture but I still managed to get up and go to the gym at 7 this morning.
I'm at work today so should be a good day for me, it usually is when I'm at work.
B - slice of wholemeal toast
L - soup
D - Maggi chicken, new potatoes and veg.

I didn't have a good day yesterday, was naughty and had ice cream last night and had crisps earlier on.
Well done on doing the classes SW.
today will be much better food wise as no ice cream left lol and am really busy on WEdnesdays so don't get chance to snack.

L - ham sandwich or nothing if don't get time
T - corned beef hash

I've had a good week so far, before Christmas i lost 2st doing slimming world but I've struggled to get back on track and just been maintaining so hoping the healthy phase is here to stay!
B- 1 fruit crunch ryvita(was supposed to be 2 but C nicked it!)
L- mugshot and a banana
D- HM bread chicken and SW wedges with peas

Morning, I did OK yesterday apart from the profiteroles at dinner time. I reckon I was still in calories though, thanks to lighter meals during the day.
Am at work today but we are going out tonight for pizza and drinks so it will all being going downhill later!
