Morning cp, another good day for me yesterday. I'm off to the gym this morning after a day off yesterday, I'm not aching as much today so I'll have a good workout. Exactly 7 weeks today til Christmas - I will get to target, I will get to target.

Sounds like we are all doing well! I havent been great this week but it looks like H is losing his job and this week has been very emotional. I stopped tracking on Monday and havebt really been on plan but managed to lose 1.5lbs at weigh in this morning. I am gobsmacked i lost anything at all and didnt do any exercise over half term. Miracles do happen!!

Well bad food day yesterday but did the next stage of couch to 5k, racked up 5 miles so far this week so im pleased with that. Food wise, cereal for breakfast, soup for lunch and not sure whay for dinner as going to the ILS.
random question but where do you weigh in, do you have scales at home or use scales elsewhere for more accuracy, I dont have scales at home so dont know if I should get some?

I weigh myself in Boots 50p a week. The same scales at the same time every week. I get height weight and BMI reading.
Noodle it's actually harder because although everything she prepares is healthy and only made with the best produce, if it's something like lasagne or sausage and mash I have to choose wisely and go for the cold fish and salad. Today for example was fish cake but it's heavy on the potato so I had cold fish (smoked salmon & trout) PLus the cheeseboard is so tempting everyday!

Oh I bet the tempation is unbelievable belle, I dont think I could stop myself! I dont think my local boots has a weighing machine, might try the gym one. Think I will buy some for home too! Have caved and finished the mini baking boy muffins that a friend left at mine yesterday, trying to console myself with the fact they were mini ones lol!
