Morning ladies, after saying yesterday I was getting back on track I ended up having beers whilst watching the match last night. I did burn 1000 calories at the gym so I'm hoping that will counteract the beers.
I've been to the gym again this morning and will make sure I'm well within calories today.

I'm here, at last.
I'm sorry I went missing, we have had no internet at all at home. My sciatica was also back with a vengeance for a week. Now my back is better and I can leave the house, the internet is magically working again, grrrr.
So I was house bound and feeling sorry for myself so I admit I cheated quite often, that and obvious lack of excercise means only a 1lb loss this last week. That's a six pound loss In 3 weeks, for my size I really do want to be losing faster than that. So I'm here, to stay internet willing!

QS sorry to hear you have been bad but glad you are feeling better now. Its better to lose it steadily and 6lbs in 3 weeks is great, well done.

Thanks Sw, at least I'm losing which is far better than how I was. I admit though I am still treating myself a little too often, il try and kerb that and ease back in with some exercise as I'm only just walking better again. Have you ever done yoga? I'm going to look into some classes as I've been told it will help my back.

Hi everyone, I came back on to this thread a week or so and have promptly been too busy to post since! First week back counting calories saw a 3.6lb loss here, don't expect to be anywhere near that loss this week as that was the first week and I'm settling into it now. Need to get back out running again but have a sore throat at the moment so I'm waiting till that shifts.
You're all doing really well - QS, 6lb in three weeks in great, don't be down about it, onward and upward (or should that be downward?!) It's about long term change, not short term loss.
