Morning, I had a good day yesterday, ate well and did quite a bit exercise. I'm off to the gym this morning once I've dropped kids at school then not sure what I'm doing for the rest of the day. Not sure what I'll be eating today apart from a jacket potato with tuna and salad for tea.

Well done on your good day yesterday SW.
I was doing OK until we had cake and nibbles at work to celebrate someone's birthday. But even so, not that bad overall so I'm not too worried.
Didn't get any exercise in though.
Today I'm at work so will be trying to avoid any snacks or nibbles.
Breakfast was cereal
Lunch is salad
Dinner is pasta bolognaise

Didn't have chance to do much last night, I went to visit my granddad in the hospice after tea so it was 9pm when I finally got in. TBH I've got so much to do over the next two nights before we go away Friday morning that I aren't sure whether i'm going to have chance to fit any exercise in. Food wise, I've been ok, though. I supposed to be weighing in tomorrow night, but I've just not got time to go, I've got both kids, no car and no childcare, so I've put a holiday in.
B - 2 toast & beans
L - apple & muller light. Going to see if I can get a jacket potato from the canteen as I didn't have chance to do any breakfast.
D - lasagne & salad, which we didn't have last night.

Morning all, I have had 2 good days of dieting so am hoping to kkep that up until weigh in on Friday. Still haven't started shredding again as I just cant seem to get my @rse in gear.
SW - sounds like you are in the zone, well done.
MM - hope weigh in went well
Cedar - at wee bit of cake should hopefully not matter and a good day today will keep you on track
Chids - hope you manage to get everything done you need to.
Not sure what I will be eating today but it won't be a lot!

A good -ish day for me yesterday - I cant seem to stop munching on the kids dinners as I am dishing up or throwing it away! That needs to stop, its boredom rather than hunger!!!
I am aching so much after my jog yesterday, good in a way but hurts to walk today - no pain no gain though.
B; Fruit and tea
D: Chilli - sort of - we have no kidney beans or sauce so Ive thrown mince, tomatoes, puree and spices into the slow cooker and hoping for the best!

Food wise I was very good yesterday until I had a packet of crisps after my dinner.
I'm feeling very bloated and am due on in a few days so putting it down to that and the amount of fruit and water i'm consuming.

I've been good today, first period after baby has arrived so hopefully I may weigh a little less when I'm not so fluidy. Still 10st 7lbs everytime Ive lost weight before I seem to get stuck at this weight for about a month, hopefully with it being post pregnancy I may lose it a bit quicker (a girl can dream) x

I had a good day today, I am feeling like I am back in the zone again which is a good feeling, I hope I get a loss at WW this week. Not had much chance to exercise though, what with O being under the weather and refusing to nap and then being at work, will try and shred tomorrow.
Todays menu was
B'fast- fruit n fibre with skimmed milk
lunch- 2xtoast with low fat spread/sugar free jam, 2 satsumas.
Snack- WW bar and a banana
Dinner- pasta, low fat philly stirred through, veg. 1 ww digestive.

oh, I have discovered walkers hoops & crosses, beef flavour. taste just like monster munch but only 2pp a bag. Yummmmmmmm
